Very obvious food is not cooked with love. The food tastes like the cook threw something together. The greens taste like they dumped from the bag into the pot with nothing but lots of water. The macaroni and cheese smelled and tasted like it was made with soured milk. Corn muffins had no flavor, and were not browned. Yams had no flavor, just sugar.After giving this place plenty chances I decided to part ways indefinitely. I hate that I can't support this business. I was truly rooting for Ruth's

I got the baked spaghetti,AC and cheese and sweet potatos. When you think of the way you want macaroni made in your mind, that's exactly how it is there. Perfect! I will be back.

First visit and if I'm ever in this area, I will be returning. The walk from the Flying J truck stop was well worth it. I will be returning for breakfast❤️This restaurant is definitely a game changer.It gets busy and you may have to wait out the door a bit, bit they really move fast.Vegetarian options: VegetablesParking: If you drive a Semi, there are a few spots available

Stopped on our way back to HSV based on reviews and so glad we did! Food was excellent (had chicken dinners with cabbage, greens, and yellow squash. Brought home a piece of German chocolate cake (they sell slices of several kinds) and finally found one to match what my grandma baked as a little girl. I’ve tried many and this was so so good. Took me back many years. We’ll definitely be back. ?

I drove 1hr to this place & it won’t be my last drive. The food was so amazing. I had hamburger steak with gravy over rice, cabbage, & yams. I have to add the portions are a fair amount as well not to mention I decided to order a to go plate too. The workers & the regular customers were very friendly.
