We have been coming to this location for the last several years. The store is always clean, the isles are large enough for 2 carts, usually not a lot of clutter in the way and for the most part the staff are very friendly, with the occasional staffer seeming to have had a bad day. I always want to go by the snack bar, but it's always crowded and pretty slow to clear, and my wife won't wait that long. The gas is always discounted and the pumps not too crowded.

Would be zero stars if I could pick it!!! Stopped by Sam's in Trussville with my wife for a late lunch. There was no line at the online pick up. Ordered on the app for what I believed would be faster service. After we were finally acknowledged by an employee, she started gathering our order. So slow. She placed all of our order on the counter minus our pepperoni pizza slice and our drink cups, never said a word and walked away. After seeing she was not returning any time soon, we flagged her down to ask about our pizza. She informed us that she had no idea how long it would be on our pizza and said we should just get a cheese slice instead. By this time, my icee was half melted, so we agreed and she served it up and quickly disappeared again. We flagged her down again to ask for our drink cups which she deposited on the counter with attitude. I'm not sure why her attitude because I made sure to keep mine in check although I felt like slamming cups too. The cups were pretty much useless anyway because the drink machines were out of syrup for 90% of the drink flavors and ice was almost nonexistent. I expect so much more from Sam's considering I pay to be a member here.

Sam's club has lots of items that you find hard to get and they have good prices. I picked up a bonsai tree for myself and my daughter saw it. So I had return to het her one. These kind of items are the reason that I go there. Plus I pick up mahi mahi, and other hard to find meats.

The pizza is on point. Not overcooked or undercooked. The hot dogs are really good too. Great spot for a pick me up snack. They also have churros and Icees. The service is a little wonky, but the food and cheap price make up for it.

Sam's club is crowded and appears ready for the holiday season. Well, the store is packed with product and people. However, some of these workers are not ready for the holiday cheer. They are definitely not on the same page with the rest of us! They have decked the place out with the new floor layout, everything looks new, but these workers attitudes are still the same, note the stars. I was waiting to receive a ham sample, that was already prepared, the worker stepped away continued to shout back to me, "Ma'am your not supposed to get that", I declared sorry, I'll put it back, As MULTIPLE CUSTOMERS already helped themselves to the "ham sample". I don't know what was the problem, but um, this is not the usual behavior in Sam's. Then, there's the bathroom, just like the customer washing her hands said standing next to me, "Oh wow, Sam's is going down. CORRECT! Fix this! It's an easy fix, because you don't want little issues to ruin the whole store efforts. I'm not! Thanks to the other ladies and 2 gentlemen, that were offering samples like we are used too in this club with a smile, charm and class. Thank You. I had to say something because this is my favorite Sam's club. But, y'all already know, I can go to one of the other 2 in the area.

It seems that Sams is always packed with people, which makes the trip a little less enjoyable. It is summer and I think that's part of the reason why it stays busy. I loved going when school was in session and there was hardly anyone in there and I could peacefully walk through and just look at everything. Even though its super busy, i do enjoy the deals I get there. You can't beat the value sized bags of chips, snacks, or candy. We also love buying gatorade, water, and beer here. It's a better deal than the grocery store and super convenient if you use curbside pickup so you dont even have to lift them. We typically use scan and go if we go in the store and its so convenent. The only issue is sometimes the location won't work correctly and it doesn't realize you're in the store, so you have to connect to their wifi for it to work whcih I'm not a fan of. But that doesn't happen every time.

Must be a common occurrence because the customer in front of us told us every time she comes in here and the same group is working they say the equipment is not working so they do not have to serve it. I tend to come to Sam's once or twice a month for household items that are at a better price here and last me way longer than purchasing from anywhere else. I really like the convenience of being able to get a quick lunch before or after shopping, although the weekends it tends to get super crowded and hard to navigate with a shopping cart. The overall atmosphere is pretty average.
This is my go to store when I need to buy in bulk, or want a slice of there delicious pizza or a hotdog combo. Hot dog combo ( hotdog and drink) is &1.50. The pizza combo (1 slice of pizza and a drink ) is $2.50. You can choose from cheese, pepperoni, meat, and supreme. My go to are the meat and supreme. Both are good and the slices are huge! The hotdog is a Nathan's hotdog. They have relish and onions to put on the hotdog as well as ketchup and mustard of course. If you're looking for something quick to eat at a reasonable price come here.

It seems like the prices have increased significantly since our last shopping adventure at Sam's. I love that this store is clean, well lit, stocked appropriately and has plenty of parking. We always start our shopping with a $1.50 hot dog or pizza combo (best not to shop when you're hungry ). I love that we can we get a cheap and delicious snacky snack beforehand.

I usually love going to Sam’s but the one in Trussville was just Plain filthy . I understand that they are very busy during this holiday season ! But it’s so unacceptable for the bathrooms to be in that condition! No toilet paper in the stalls either ! But it’s was just filthy ! They are definitely shorthand’s so I understand. They had to close the cafe because of being short handed !
