A hidden gem on wheels. The street tacos are flavorful, and the elote is a delicious side.

Food Truck: 07/31/2023: It has been a while since I visited this food truck. I saw the truck was in the area and decided to stop by for lunch.I've tried the Sweet Tea Fried Chicken Sandwhich before and it was good BUT it was something different about this one. It was fried to "perfection" and the seasonings were on point. I enjoyed every bite!!! Now, I am never thrilled about the consistency of the potato salad but once I get over the fact there are no chunks of potatoes, I really like the flavor. Check them out either at the truck or several of their brick-and-mortar locations.

I love Saw's so I was excited that the Street Kitchen food truck came to our office this week.Since every location has a few unique items on the menu and the food truck is no exception, I decided to try one of their specialties the Smoked Sausage Hushpuppies. Since they also have a Conecuh Corndog I thought they would basically be mini corn dogs. Instead it was typical hushpuppies with small pieces of the sausage mixed in. Not bad but not quite what I was expecting. They also were a little greasier than I thought they should be. The pimento cheese & pepper jelly was a nice accompaniment and added to the flavor. Ultimately I will probably try something else next time.I got a side of the Mac N Cheese which is my usual go to at most all the locations. Banana Pudding is also good.It did not take long to order and food was ready pretty quickly. The Colonel (Sweet Tea Fried Chicken, Pimento Cheese, Tomato, Pickles & white BBQ sauce) is one of my favorites and my wife is a fan of the Smoked Chicken.

This week I was in the mood for some great barbecue, so when I saw the Saw's Street Kitchen food truck, I gave it a try. The service was fast, and the workers were friendly. I decided to get the smoked chicken plate with a side of mac and cheese and a large sweet tea. The food was delicious, and I will be coming back for more. Since they are a food truck, there weren't any COVID-19 restrictions. Overall, I definitely recommend it!

This week SAW's came to my apartment complex and my boyfriend and I decided to try it for dinner. I ordered the connecuh corn dog with fries and my boyfriend ordered the original pulled pork sandwich, fries, and fried okra and we spent around $40. Our service was great, workers were friendly and the food did not take long at all, but it wasn't the best meal we've had. My boyfriend originally wanted the whole smoked wings but they were out of them. My first bite into my corn dog had a mouth full of wet breading, I had to put my corn dog into my personal air fryer to finish cooking the breading. After it was cooked, I decided to take all of the breading of and just enjoy the connecuh. Other than the breading on my corn dog, we both enjoyed our meals. The fries were very fresh and the okra was the BEST part out of everything.

Went to an event recently where food truck's were offered. I spotted Saw's Street Kitchen and knew I had to stop by. I had heard of Saw's high reputation and was interested in putting it to the test myself. The staff are friendly, and the truck itself seems clean and well taken care of. I ordered a smoked (pulled) chicken sandwich with white sauce. My food was ready quickly and was served hot. The chicken was tender, seasoned, and cooked well. Also extremely well portioned. The sauce was fine, never had it before but enjoyed the moisture and flavor it brought to the chicken. I really enjoyed my food and would be happy to dine here again!

Best wings on the planet!!! My Dad said it was the best bbq he’s ever had. I drive from Cullman, AL just for their wings!!

Their food and service are top-notch. They have everything from BBQ sandwiches to loaded baked potatoes. Everything is fresh. Highly-recommended!

Just like every other Saw's location, the food is the best! It doesnot matter what you order, the food comes out fast, hot and terrific! My favorite location is the one at Grand River but I have been to them all and the service and preparation is the same. The bbq sauce is sweet and a tad different but it is my favorite.

Indoor & outdoor dining. Very good food! Drinks were generous & inexpensive. Monday is a slow night so it was perfect for us just passing through. We met Justine and Amanda. Nice folks. Great service.

So thankful the dining room is open again. The food is always great and the employees went above and beyond to help us. Including a table visit from the owner. Made a bright spot in necessary trip downtown.

Saw’s catered our annual building Thanksgiving lunch today and we were so thankful! Catering was easy to plan, boxed meals were perfect, portions were generous and all was delicious! Lots of compliments and not one complaint from our crowd.
