She took my order at the stall, never came to take my payment because the screen was OFF, and had me waiting for over 20 minutes for some small fries and a drink. When I hit the red button again to ask it was a totally different person than from who took my order the first time and all he said was “can you come to the drive through”. Y’all suck.

I had a very frustrating experience today. My boyfriend and I came through the drive thru and ordered 2 meals, one with a brownie milkshake and one with a caramel milkshake. I listened as my boyfriend said my order, and he correctly ordered my caramel milkshake. We were handed two brownie milkshakes, so we said one of our milkshakes was wrong. The cashier MILISSA walked out to our vehicle super agitated. She was very rude and refused to give us a caramel milkshake. We were polite, so I didn’t understand why she was so confrontational. She said that we didn’t order the caramel, but it was obvious we weren’t trying to pull anything. And we definitely ordered the caramel. Regardless, it was just tacky behavior, unwarranted, and there is no way that’s Sonic’s policy.

Had to add something not on the app to my order and they refused to add it and made me go through the drive thru after being at a stall… what sonic doesn’t take orders at the stalls???
