Food was good, they didn’t add the extra shot like requested though. Drive thru lady was very rude, had an attitude, and didn’t talk to us when we got to the window.

I ordered a venti sized drink. They prepared a grande size. When they realized their error they fixed it by pouring the grande size drink into a venti cup. I'm not very happy.

Went in today to get an Iced Vanilla Oak Milk Shaken Expresso. It was made incorrectly, so a staff member remade it for me. After trying to offer the one she made incorrectly back to her to dispose, she sent a rude gesture and addressed me as a child saying, “no boo the garbage can is over there”. I didn’t address the situation, hence I was running late for work. I am an adult and probably old enough to be her mother or aunt. It was rude. Please teach your team members proper customer service etiquette when dealing with the public.

I always liked Starbucks until today! I ordered three hot lattes to go. In the end, one coffee was cold and as if from yesterday! Thank you for the lovely coffee!!!

Never plan to go to this Starbucks if you're on a schedule. The worst thing about this location is the drive-thru setup. Not only is it painfully slow, but you can't pull out of the line even if you wanted to, and end up getting stuck in the middle of the building for 20-30 minutes, by which point you are late to your next plan and don't even want the sun-par coffee anymore.

My review is on the service I received today. I pulled up to the drive thru speaker and was asked to wait. After at least a minute and a half, the girl finally asked to take my order. By this time there were 5 other cars behind me. I gave her my order, a tall decaf brown sugar latte with an extra shot of syrup. Simple, right? She asked me to repeat it, which I did. Then she repeated it back to me but added a shot of espresso instead of the syrup. So I said, wait, let me start over so that we are on the same page. I again repeated my order (4th time). So I pull to the window and wait. When she brought me my drink I asked again, did you add the 2nd shot of syrup? She said, no I added the espresso. I repeated for the 5th time what I had ordered. She seemed to get frustrated with me when it was clearly her issue. When she returned she said if you want extra syrup, ask for an extra pump next time. So it was now clear she was blaming me for her failure to listen to what I was saying. I still was polite and thanked her when I took my coffee but she said nothing in return to me. This girl does not need to be on the drive thru if her customer skills are no better than this. I didn't get her name but she is a tall, black girl with glasses. I hope management will give her more training on how to be kind to your customers as well as LISTENING skills!

somehow this starbucks consistently delivers the worst and weirdest starbucks experiences. just randomly closing the inside, losing mobile orders, wait times on mobile orders for 30 minutes. it’s just impressive how bad this place has figured out how to be so consistently.
