I try to avoid this Starbucks whenever I can. I work early in the morning, so there’s hardly anything open before 6am except this location. Every time I come here, it’s always something. If i’m spending $15 just about every morning, I don’t expect to have an attitude just because i’m there when they open. I’ve had times where they’re technically open, but they will literally just look at me while i’m standing at the door waiting for them to unlock it. This morning, one of the guys grabbed the key like he was going to open the door and he didn’t. Instead, he went to the drive thru. It’s not my fault that my work vehicle is too tall to go through the drive thru other wise I would. I don’t pay for the attitude unless it’s included in the sales tax. The food and coffee are good, but not worth them pissing on my whole day with their sour attitudes early in the morning.

If you want a FULL cup of coffee that you pay for, go elsewhere. Just ordered venti vanilla latte and cup is 20% empty. Didn't realize til I was back on road. Might want to consider going to Dunkin which is almost next door if you don't want to add to Starbucks profits of buy one, get none! Skipped out on vanilla as well; just a hint tasted. Go elsewhere!

I told her they made it right the other day she just looked at me and said oh well that was the other day. RUDE!

Whoever the lady was working at the drive through window at 10:55 am on Thurs Feb 29th was incredible. Line was packed and she gave awesome service.
This location seems to be consistently slower than the estimated time for the drink to the ready.

No matter how busy they are, they are always polite and kind. The order is right and they smile. These seem like small things but with the cost of everything going up, I want to spend my money somewhere where I feel appreciated and not as a burden. Plus, I love coffee. And they make great coffee. I've got to get the ladies name that works the drive-thru and knits hats bc she goes out of her way to make sure your order is right, ahe smiles, and she is very personable. The drive thru may look a mile long but they work fast here and it may only take a few minutes to get your order. Fabulous.Wheelchair accessibility: There is only 1 handicap parking spot but generally I use the drive thru. The parking spot is at the end in the front so you've got plenty of room to get your chair out. The doors are wide enough for your chair and there is plenty of room inside.
