Worst Starbucks EVER!!! I'm scared to even drink it now because After I stood in line waiting for my mobile order for 30 minutes for nothing more than a coffee I had to complain that others were getting their orders that were placed long after mine!!! Also the one gal removed trash then handled food with out washing hands or wearing gloves!!!! Stupid college kids think this great but, I am NOT going to drink this coffee! For fear the staff adulterated it after I complained! NEVER AGAIN! I am THRU with Starbucks!!!

I love the Starbucks in the Hill Center, I mostly come in the mornings. RO and her Staff are everything. They are super nice and fast. S/O to RiRi she makes the best medicine bomb. Which is definitely needed for the cold weather. I get it so much she knows what I'm coming for when she see's my face lol Thanks Ladies and Gents for always making my day ?

A nurse told my girlfriend what ethnicity she couldn't put on her paperwork. Her exact words were " that can't be right " You have to change it". It's a shame we have bigotry and racism amongst individuals who we put trust in with our lives. Slick condescending remarks is totally unprofessional and needs to be investigated. We are watching.

Staff is CONSISTENTLY rude. I’ve received cold food and wrong orders plenty of times and they show no remorse and get attitudes when you ask them to correct your order. They don’t even make the classic Starbucks drinks correctly. This is everyone I know experience as well. I complained to the supervisor and she offered me a free drink but the staff is still rude so I visibly she did nothing to address the issue.

If I could give 20 stars here today, I definitely would!!! To the young man that was working this morning…. You’re incredible!!! I know you thought you were just helping me, but you did so much more!!! You restored my faith in humanity a good bit!!! I’ve been drinking Starbucks for years and never had a hot coffee, until today.Today my young son had his first ever surgery, the day started super early for us. 3am to be exact ? I was dressed like hell (looking like a movie extra for nightmare on elm street) and needed some EXPRESSO LOVE!!So once our son went back for surgery, my husband and I walked over to the Starbucks at the UAB Hill Student Center. I was stuck about what flavor to get and asked for help choosing a good one. What I got was worth so much more!!! This young man paid for my drink and started asking about my baby boy’s surgery!!! He was the most polite young gentleman I’ve seen in a long while and he saw that I needed a boost. He didn’t just boost my mood, but my whole week!!! I’ve had a terrible week this week and that one gesture of kindness, made a world of difference!!!I pray God blesses this young man with all that he deserves in life ❤️?I wish I had gotten his name before I left, he definitely deserves recognition for his service and his love for people!!! Keep doing what you’re doing!!! Your work isn’t going unnoticed friend, and your blessings are DEFINITELY COMING!!!

I love breakfast food so this really hit the spot. I went around 3pm when it kinda dies down so I didn't have to wait long for my food. I tried to order white hot chocolate and a bacon, egg, and cheese wrap but they were out of the hot chocolate. The staff were really nice and I got my food in maybe 15 min max. I actually did take-out even though they have a dine-in option. It was just really loud in the Starbucks and it's too cold for the patio seating. So, I walked down the hall and found a quite spot near the bookstore.I'd say they are pretty sustainable. They gave me my food in a paper bag so I just recycled when I was done. I noticed they have paper straws as well. I didn't see any Covid precautions and no one was wearing a mask.Overall great experience but 4 stars because they were out of what I actually wanted.

I chose to visit the Hill student center's Starbucks. I got a Flat White coffee with honey almond milk and a butter croissant. Furthermore, I was able to place my order and wait 5 minutes for it to be prepared, despite the very lengthy wait. When it came to the food department, there were a number of goods that this store did not carry, so I had a limited number of alternatives. Unfortunately, there is no social distance and no COVID limitations in force at this site. No staff was wearing a mask, and no one in line was separated by 6 feet. In the near future, I plan to order from Grubhub so that I may pick up my food and avoid waiting in line, as there is no social distancing. In a sense, the environment was pleasant, particularly when they played music, and it radiated a positive mood. Overall, the coffee and croissant were delicious, and I plan to continue purchasing from this place more often.

Today I visited the hill center's Starbucks and I was very pleased with my visit! When I arrived due to the morning rush they had a huge line , however the employees handled it well moving along people as fast as they could, they had someone writing names, someone taking the actual order , and a few making drinks. The employees customer service was great even with it being 8 AM. After I ordered I had to wait about 5-10 minutes to get my drink but there was a high volume of customers so I thought this was a reasonable time to wait. Starbucks COVID restrictions have been lifted causing guests to not really stand 6 feet apart however I did notice 2 workers still decided to wear their mask ! I got a cinnamon coffee cake and an iced white chocolate mocha and both were delicious, I would stop by again!

I stopped by this Starbucks after class and even though it was full the wait was not long and my latte was the perfect way to warm up on a cold day. I also ordered a ham and Swiss croissant which was good. They toasted it which made it all the better. I do feel this store is somewhat eco friendly in the options it offers as one can buy reusable cups and they utilize mainly paper goods. Though I don't know if I would go so far as to call Starbucks an eco friendly establishment. I would recommend this for a morning run or afternoon coffee.

The Starbucks located in the Hill Student Center on the second floor had good Frappuccino and Refreshers. This is my first time going to Starbucks since last year. The line was very long and crowded. The service was very friendly. I got a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino and a Ham and Swiss on Baguette. The Frappuccino was good, it was sweet to my liking and the rich taste of the coffee was good. It didn't have too much milk, it had enough of everything to my liking. The Ham and Swiss on Baguette was good also. It was warm and cheesy and the ham was good, it just didn't have enough ham on the inside like I wanted it. But overall everything was great!
