The older lady I’m guess she’s the owner is always very rude! Will not have to worry about me or my families business! It’s sad to have such awful customer service!

I was shopping at this Walmart for traditional tourist souvenirs, the kind you would find normally at an airport, but apparently they will carry these kind of things at Walmart. Disappointed. On my way out of this Birmingham, Alabama, Walmart, I discovered there was a subway restaurant located inside by the entrance or at least one of the entrances. This Subway restaurant. Was very very convenient because I was already here at Walmart shopping. It was nearly 2:00PM and did not have lunch yet that day so after doing search at Walmart for non existent tourist, souvenirs, I ended up putting a mobile order in for my lunch and dinner, so I don't have to look for dinner after checking into the hotel later that day. Pretty smart, huh? And so, I did just that. My usual go to is tuna on an Italian herbs and cheese. Sometimes I will go with spicy Italian on Italian herbs and cheese as well. And so with that, I had those two specific subs for lunch and dinner, respectively. I ended up eating the tuna first, because it can get messy and gross if left in the bag too long, as far as the restaurant experience goes, I had to wait until the guy came from the back and tended my order. The ordering process took about 10 minutes after I punch the order in. During that time I shop more at Walmart before heading to the counter at Subway. Once at the subway counter, the dude who was making my sandwich almost had the order complete while I waited. He was not really friendly but friendly enough. I said hi and he said hey. I told him I had a mobile order and he asked me my name. The usual stuff so you don't take someone else's order by mistake. Once that was sorted out, I took my order and left the Walmart. For the most part, though, it was a quick and easy way to grab a lunch option when they're on the go or even shopping at Walmart. Thankful that there was a subway here at this Walmart so you basically can have lunch while shopping at Walmart and keep shopping until you're finished at Walmart. It's a pretty genius way of doing things actually. From Walmart perspective. The over experience here at this particular subway restaurant in a Walmart superstore in Birmingham, Alabama but very short color, nifty, casual, pretty good. As mission before, the service was typical and cool at the same time. There is plenty of tables and chairs to sit and dine in but of course I did not do that since I was on a schedule . There was about maybe 5 to 6 tables for patrons to dine in and enjoy their sub or whatever they're having. The mobile app was very easy to use versus ordering at the counter. Although you don't get to see how they're making the sub, or whether not you want extra stuff on it, your order is basically good when you order on the app. The app asked you if you want extra cheese or extra or a little Vegetable, or what have you. it's like telling the sandwich artist what you want and what you don't want in person but on the app. Not sure about the Wi-Fi here but it is OK to decent. I don't think there was any air condition here since it was basically Walmart. The restaurant itself was clean and was a little sad and empty. Assuming it was after the lunch rush on a Sunday afternoon in October. Still, it was at a very good convenient spot, since I didn't have to look very far for one. Thanks Subway for partnering up with Walmart just for the convenience factor. This particular Subway restaurant is located at 1600 Montclair Road in Birmingham, Alabama. And as aforementioned before, inside the Walmart near the entrance and near the Birmingham Shuttlesworth regional airport. They accept major credit cards as well as cash. The mobile app is great if you want to multitask too while shopping at Walmart. As far as parking goes, you got plenty of prime real estate here since this Subway is connected with Walmart and is connected with a commercial cull de sac that make up a commercial zone. Plenty of parking for anyone and everyone who chooses to dine and shop in the vicinity. If you love Birmingh

Good customer service & the server know how to use her gloves..she take them off when touching sauces & seasonings ..I definitely don't mind her making my food !! That's the appropriate way remove gloves wen not touching food ..put on when touching food ..she understands the assignment !!!

I normally get great food out of the Subway that sits in Wallmart. I get the Spicy Italian Melt on Wheat all the time. I ordered the footlong and normally they put 8 to 10 slices of Pepperoni and salami I got 6 of each today. The main reason for this review is the Bread was stain im saying the bread was at least 3 days old or longer, what happen to fresh every day. Please don't cut corners, I eat subway 2 to 3 times a week and I love it. You were straight 5s until today. Get back to what u do make great sandwiches. Thanks

Hi, I was trying to use the mobile app to see if the store in question does the Bogo sale on sandwiches, when I found that they dont I closed the application and drove to a store to get food instead. When I arrived at said store I get an email saying my order has been confirmed. I did not try to place the order because buying two subs instead of buy one get one was not my goal. I immediately called the store to cancel my order, where the lady working said her manager is not in so she can do nothing which was at 420pm the order was supposed to be ready at 430 via what the application said. The worker said the sandwiches were already made which I dont believe, so I asked to speak with a manager, where I was told that they would get my number and the manager will call me, this is not my first run in at the store so I know the manager only comes in when she feels like it usually in the morning so I waited this morning for said call back. Instead I had to call them myself, just for the owner to say it's nothing she can do either, no refund no sandwiches just time and money wasted over something I didnt order. I would appreciate a prompt reply and actions being taken I hope to hear back at the earliest convenience. Thank you

Don't eat here!! There's a lady working behind the counter constantly coughing. But says she is taking kemotherpy.But coughed the whole time she makes sandwiches.

Crazy slow service for a subway. Literally stood here for 15 minutes with only two people in front of me before being able to order. This guy must pass out when it actually gets busy. Laughing and talking with the customers instead of helping people. Personality is great and expected in customer service. But so is customer service. 9pm on a Friday.

The sandwich was supposed to be garlic cheesy bread; however, it was so heavy on the garlic it gave me indigestion all night and there was hardly any cheese on it. The owner even told the girl to charge extra for the garlic. Owner is not the friendliest I’ve ever met. Seems to like to argue with the customer at times. Very disappointed.
