I just went to this location and the sign clearly says they open at 8 AM. The worker inside ignored me, but finally came to the door and was so unbelievably rude. She informed me that she would not be opening until 830 that her cash register was not even on, and then slammed the door in my face. I will never go back to this location!

Hoover location- The hours say a 9pm close time. Last week(8:47pm, I was inside, but others came to the locked door) and this week (tonight) they were closed, inside, but closed and the door locked at 8:45pm. Hours need to reflect 8pm close time instead of 9pm.

Have been going there for several years and always been good but this last time was an awful experience. The bread tasted old and the turkey had a bad taste to it. Won’t be going back because of price and quality of

I went to order and I have a coupon and they said that they would not take coupon at this location so I wasted my time driving all the way

This location is much better than most Subways in town. The staff seems to turn over less often which means they have veterans that can make sandwiches quickly. Other Subways in town are painfully slow. This one is much better. I only take off 1 star because the meats are cut so thin (at all Subways).

There were two girls that work there and neither one of them wanted to talk. When my son and I tried to give our order, they looked at us like we were imposing on them. On top of that, they do not take coupons.

On the afternoon of (July 13th @ 1:59 pm), I had the absolute WORST experience at any Subway Restaurant I’ve ever visited. Upon my arrival, my family member texted that she wanted a Trio Sub Sandwich, which I told the woman behind the counter I wanted; she began to toast the bread, asked what cheese, then asked what meat I wanted on it. I’ve never eaten a trio, but I’ve been told that employees don’t need to ask you because they know it comes with three meats. I asked doesn’t it come with meat already & the woman proceeded to tell me, “No, it doesn’t; you have to tell me,” in a snarky attitude while throwing her hands up.I called my relative, who was just as confused & stated that they’ve always gone to the location & it comes with meat. I have no problem with a person not knowing everything on the menu, but instead of asking her coworker for help, she proceeded to catch an attitude with me, toss her hands up, roll her eyes, & tell me, “You need to call whoever you need to call because you don’t know what you want.” The one customer behind me heard the entire conversation & laughed at the disrespect & surprisingly to me, the woman almost got enjoyment from her rudeness being amusing.I’ve worked in fast food for most of my life, so I understand some people’s goal is to get people in & out. But rest assured there was only one other customer in the store & I had only been there for about three minutes. Being adamant that I’m wrong when asking about meats that are supposed to come on the sandwich is not even what I’m upset about; it’s the ULTIMATE DISRESPECT & how I was talked to that surprised me.After purchasing the sandwich, which was ABSOLUTELY made wrong, I was hugely disappointed that I paid not only to be disrespected but to get the incorrect sandwich in the first place. When I walked back into the store, she still had an attitude & cut me off while talking multiple times. When I asked for the manager, she acted like she didn’t know how to contact them, & when I further asked about what time management would approximately be in, she told me the morning & started to give me the run-around. The woman who shared this poor & disgusting service was ANGELA B LITTLE. I'm greatly disturbed by the service I received.

Quick subway stop after church on Sunday! Had no issues with my orders and there was no wait at the time. Yummy cookies!

I ordered online and when I got there they didn't have my bread. Couldn't cancel the order so had to settle for Italian bread. This is sunday, so fine, close to closing time, I get it. Then the person making the sub was touching the side counters, pens and what not while making the sub. Defeats the point of using gloves if you're going to contaminate the food. This is what's happening while watching, imagine what happens when no one is looking.
