Came in the morning to get a sandwich, when lagy made the sandwich she got some mayo on her finger then used my bread to wipe her fingers clean, I also ordered 3 cookies which I got charged for. When I got my order the sandwich which was tostad was cold and the cookies were not there.I called back and tried to explain that the cookies were not in the bag. The guy couldn't understand and asked me 5 times what my problem was. Sad and dirty place.

I had visited this restaurant just a day before and i got quick service, moreover the staff was very polite, well organised and tidy at all times.I highly recommend the subway on 1700 Tallapoosa st, Birmingham, AL 35324 If you’re planning your breakfast or lunch along your trip, Furthermore, you can also fuel up your car on one stop as it situated beside the gas station so obviously it’s considered as time saving stop. I mean, at Subway you know exactly what you're getting when you go in there. There's no surprises, there's no thrills, it was a clean store, they're consistent, but the process of just gotten really out of sorts, I mean it's just gotten ridiculous where you can't go anywhere any longer. If I were you I'd make a better sandwich at home

Been here a few times now and wow I feel like I am on a hidden camera show or something. It is like they are purposely super ghetto. Warning do not take children in here. They scream and cuss in front of customers constantly while making your food. Even had one toss my sandwich down while making it to go make a phone call, swearing the whole into the back. They can also barely hear you because of the loud music. No "Hi", "How can I help you?" Instead, it's "Whatcha want?" Lol never seen anything like it.

I asked for my tomatoes to be diced. I've had it done at other subways with no problem. This one refused to comply with my request. The server was very rude over the phone and when ordering. I can't remember his name, but he needs to be reprimanded. Food was good with the exception that the tomatoes weren't diced.
