One of the best cafeteria resteraunts to eat at in Birmingham. The food is always hot and delicious and they have cobbler that rivals grandma’s best!

Very friendly staff and helpful in making selections. Lots of parking and easy to get in and out of. Nice indoor seating and very clean.

Ate with my work mates. The salmon cake was fine but a little dry. Broccoli casserole was good. The meatloaf was terrible. Barely any meat but plenty of peppers and onions or whatever else it was and the ketchup topping was not enjoyed. Fried okra was good. Cornbread and rolls were cool and hard. The baked chicken was dry on the inside and the paper straws were literally the worst. To top it off, the sweet tea wasn't even good. Will not return.

Food is always good! My parents always want to come here when they visit. Great location too.

Wow. What a great cafeteria style restaurant. I had the chicken-fried chicken which was outstanding. The sweet corn and okra was good as well. Service was fast.

Husband wanted some Southern comfort food after spending time with me at the doctor's office he wanted some type of cafeteria setting l Google cafeteria style, this was one of the restaurants that came up staff was friendly, atmosphere was peaceful, and the food was ok. The cake could've been a bit moist. But the tea made up for it....

This cafeteria- style restaurant has a good selection of freshly prepared food. The servers are friendly and helpful. It is a great lunch spot, especially on Sunday. The prices are comparable to other similar places, too.

Never got to eat here. Went in for late lunch. After waiting for 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge our presence we just left. Lots of workers standing around talking no one working. From the front door to the kitchen.

A good meat and 3 for the price, service and availability. Great portions, smothered pork chop was huge but gravy had an off flavor, greens were spicy and sweet, not a favorite combo for collards. Cornbread dry & not worthy of a second bite. Country fried steak with onions & gravy was spot on Grandma Good. I thinK you will fine a dinning memory that will take you back home to a place that makes you glad for Grandmothers who loved to cook for those she loved.
