This Taco Bell on Highway 280 in Birmingham Alabama is one of the cleanest and best tasting food and has some of the best staff out of the area, the food was very tasty and at a reasonable price. The soda machine had a problem, but they immediately fixed both of the drinks that were outand just went above and beyond to make our experience great there was not a whole lot of people in here at the time we ate lunch, but people were coming and going and it looks like they’re getting a new update on the outside of the building because they are painting the outside of the building at this time

Longest lines for fast food I have ever seen. One car pulls to the speaker and is greeted with silence. After waiting for 20-30 minutes finally someone answers with attitude like we have some how inconvenienced her. After letting them know I was there to pickup a mobile order I get "For who!", after I had already said. Then we finally get pull up behind 4 other vehicles that have not moved since I was at the speaker. Waited for another 10 minutes and finally get the order, which was wrong. So sick of this, never going back l. I will drive a longer distance to a different Taco Bell if I am really craving it.

I feel so sorry for the people who work here because they are understaffed every single time I come. As a result, service is not great, and my order is wrong almost every single time. Again, this is probably because of staffing, but management needs to do something to help these poor workers who seem overwhelmed every time I come by.

If your in Birmingham go to any other location except this one! I delivered my baby and this was the only place open. I showed up 30 minutes before closing which I understand is frustrating but I JUST HAD A BABY. I had not eaten since 7am. They messed up every single part of the order and gave us the wrong sauce. They had a horrible attitude and didn’t put any cheese on our grilled cheese burritos which I’m sure was done out of spite. I’m so tired of the nasty attitude bc I needed you to do your job. I was extremely polite bc I understand how frustrating it can be when someone shows up before closing but it wasn’t like 5mins before closing. It was 30 MINUTES!! Screw this location

Today isFeb 17th at 2:59 in the morning,I drive for Uber,even tho they close at 3,they should have still made that prepaid order.I got to the window,and they didn't even have the food made,and I know they had that order came in prior to me coming,so it's no excuse why the order was not mad,and the guy in the window thought it was funny,not funny at all
