Hands down the best Mexican food truck. I tried a variety of their different foods over time and I have not been disappointed yet. I eat Mexican a lot and this place is visited frequently by me.

It was a good place to grab some authentic Mexican food it was good food but the prices are on the high side and they don't have a $1 menu but over it was good ?.

We have eaten here twice in the last week.. They have amazing fast service for a food truck and yhe baria tacos are best i've tasted in Birmigham... The only issue i can see is that its about 15-20 mins from the main highway. The food is worth the drive..???

Tacos Toluca is a taco truck that has seen better days that sits in a Citgo gas station that has also definitely seen better days.With that being said, I am a firm believer that the best tacos come from these hole-in-the-wall type places and Tacos Toluca definitely reinforces my long-standing belief.I opted for the birria tacos and I truly enjoyed them. I ended driving to.a park not far from this taco truck and I enjoyed my lunch there.All in all, I would definitely recommend Tacos Toluca and I will give this food truck five stars.
