WE ASKED THE WAITRESS WHO WAS THE MANAGER? SHE SAID, SHE DID NOT KNOW WHO THE MANAGER WAS. THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I DIDNT GET TO EAT ANYTHING!!! I SURE HOPE THE MANAGER SEES THIS. From the moment we walked in the door there was already a wait and I was willing to wait so I did but the waiter had 2 booths open but she just didn’t clean off the tables until after 15 minutes. When she did sit us down the table was still dirty in some spots, the waiter seemed overwhelmed so we tried not asking for much but when the food came I was absolutely in disgust when I took a bite of my grits and eggs I felt the crunch inside of my food when it’s not supposed to have a crunch, I had to rush to the restroom and throw up because of how disgusted I was I when I came back to sit down I had absolutely no appetite. One of the people that were with me chili came out cold and had to be reheated and the other persons food had to be taken back because they gave her the wrong order of eggs, her hash brown was burnt, and her bacon was over cooked it was so hard you could use it as a weapon that’s how hard it was. When they came back with her plate everything was done correctly but her bacon was very undercooked till the point that it was raw. I will not be going back and I recommend you don’t either.

45 minute wait for an online order of 1 waffle with a side of bacon. No one acknowledged me. I stood by the order pick up, watching others get their food. When I realized folks eating in who ordered since I'd been there were now getting their food, I asked them. They literally had his food waiting, just getting cold on the side. No offer for a remake. No refund. Nothing. This was for my kid at Children's hospital.

Found myself with some time Saturday morning, while my wife was attending an event. Stopped in to waffle House and was greeted by Tanika. She was an excellent server and very personable. I had the Texas bacon patty. Melt plate with hashbrowns, scattered covered, double smothered, lol. The place was very busy, but I continued to get great service and felt unrushed, the food was amazing.
