Really really bad personal and super rude did not get my order right and they still charge me full price even tho I did not get my waffle I did not argue just because money is not the issue but they need to change personal or better change their attitude 0/10 never coming back here

I've been here several times since it opened and I haven't had a bad experience yet. I've been here during both the daytime and nighttime as well. During my most recent visit, I had the pleasure of having Micah as my server and he was fantastic! He was very attentive and communicative.

First off 4 the 6 employee sitting at the side low bar an booths. They didn't want to pour coffee an she totally overcharged me an my order was wrong totally an it was cold when I got home which is less that a mile away. I will never go back to east wood waffle house.

I’ve gone to this restaurant several times and have usually decent service. But this time a server named Ryan really made my day! She was extremely accommodating very sweet and remind me of the type of service you would get 10 to 15 years ago. After a long hard day, it was refreshing to see a smiling face! Kudos to her!

Met a friend at Waffle House for breakfast on a very cold morning. The coffee was hot and plentiful. My friend wanted decaf and they were happy to make a pot for her. I ordered a pecan waffle with bacon. It took a few minutes but was worth the wait. Hot and fresh and fluffy with lots of pecans. Bacon could have been crispier but I didn't specify. Service was great and the staff seemed to be happy to be there. It could have been warmer inside but when it is 9 degrees what can you do!
The waitress seemed distracted and inattentive! We kept having to ask for obvious things!! Doubtful I'll go back!

Terrible Food Cold Ghetto Hood Night Manager Was Super Rude And Disrespectful Yelled At Staff Was Aruging And Being Loud Whole Time We Sat There Multiple Tables Were Leaving Had To Wait Long For Food Was Talking About Customers Saying That They Didn't Wait Long For Food Knowing They Did Burnt Cold Food Disrespected My Husband Calling Him Out His Name Came Over To Our Table Real Smug Like There Was No Issue And We Bothering Her Inconveniencing Her Threatened Us With Police Kicked Us Out The Establishment All Over Wanting Hot Food And Not Cold Food There Was Only One Cook I Dont Think I'll Ever Go To Another Waffle House After This Experience ..... Don't Go Here Like Never Go Here

This location seems to improve each time I go. Their attention to detail is getting better. You must be very explicit on how you want your food cooked.They do need more employees on duty during busy hours to greet new guest and clear dirty tables for quicker turnaround.
