Everyone in there was so polite. I received my food at a decent time. I was very pleased.

Went to this location on Monday evening 5/10. There were only a waitress and cook working. We were told we couldn’t be served because they were short staffed. There were only 2 other customers who weren’t even eating. The waitress was very rude and could care less about serving customers. I could understand if they were swamped, but there was not enough customers there to justify not being able to serve us. Needless to say you lost business and profit due to lack of work ethic on your waitresses part.

Stopped in for breakfast at this location. Both of use had the all star one with bacon eggs over easy and the other one with sausage patties scrambled eggs all was very good we seated as we walked in ,drink and food order was at same time all came out as ordered and was very good.

We went to original pancake house they seated us we waited about 10 minutes no one came back to our table we went a ross the street to waffle house the manager was wonderful we got seated got fresh coffee right away so again thank you so much Angelia Renda you were so sweet to us

I’m giving them two stars when it deserved one. Their only redemption was how nice the woman working was. The cook had a mask on...but it was in his CHIN. If you are at high risk for COVID please be careful eating here!! I find it really irresponsible for food service workers to not have a mask on during a pandemic ?

I love the Five Points Waffle House so much! The dine-in service is quick and the food is always delicious. Today, I ordered biscuits and gravy with a side of cheese grits. Everything was cooked to perfection and it was surprisingly cheap. All COVID-19 protocols were being followed and they used reusable stationary like always. It will always be my favorite spot for scrumptious breakfast and good country cookin' in downtown Birmingham.

I went there last nite they didnt wanna feed us talking about 15 minute break. They fed all the white customer but the black people had to wait for 15 minutes for a break.
Been to this location 3x. First time they gave a homeless lady food and I was impressed. Second time they were really friendly and everything was great. Yesterday they were NOT interested in me. Sever was RUDE and my food was inexcusably awful. Tea tasted funny. I walked out, never to return.

This Waffle House is awful. I feel really bad saying this but you cannot go near the place without being harassed by the homeless people. Management does nothing and the food is terrible.

Came in during the snow storm after losing power. It was very busy but everyone was working hard. Got my order quickly and it was correct.
