How on earth do you have the store open with ONE person cooking and ONE person as a cashier and to go cashier?How is that going to make a single customer all day happy? You are setting the restaurant and the staff up for total failure!Just close the store, put up a sign with what happened and avoid upsetting off 95% of your guest.

I ate here at a few times since we don't have whataburger here. The burger was so good also the onion rings.
I come to the Hwy 280 store every Sunday morning before I head to church l! The young ladies here are amazing. They know my voice when I pull up to the drive thru and they always suggest me something delightful. My food is always hot and fresh and my sweet tea sweet Luke I like it. The morning crew are amazing!! Keep up the amazing work ladies!!!

This was an online order. I arrived at given time order was to be ready. Very young guy who was working the checkout and pick up area didn't even acknowledge me for 14 minutes. He had no support ( this location was seriously busy). Manager on duty could be heard saying " for the love of God they need to go away!". So therefore this experience is due to the leadership. The food I ordered when I was offered help was immediately brought to me and was cold due to the fact it was prepared and put on a counter to sit and wait, while I stood and waited for this location's chaos to be worked thru. Please do better and be better. The manager on duty should understand she is there because of the people not anything else.
