I really don't think I'd be back! I wanted to take my friends out for some good southern eats, and people recommended me Yo Chef. When we arrived, everyone was just staring instead of insisting on any kind of help. We were standing for at least 30 mins looking at the waitresses face to face. Also the place is very small and parking is to a minimum. Great luck on to anyone who attends the restaurant.

5 stars cause the food is always delicious but they don’t ever answer the phone & they take a life time to get the drive through going. They also won’t take call ahead orders unless you are physically heading there.

I came by on Wednesday April 10th , to place a Togo order in the drive thru, only to be today the item I wanted they couldn't serve it. Fast forward to tonight April 14th 2024. I go thru the drive thru window and I proceed with my order, the young man stated you have to come in for that but we take your order now and he walked away oh im just sitting waiting on the price direction anything. So I was told to come in. I get in a waiter greets me but she is seriously distract and trying to add her order to my order.whild waiting for the manager to come see about this discrepancy. I see the online menu doesn't have the updated inside menu. The young lady talks my order and says it's $104 and like for what the surf and turf meal is $30 Maam so how you switch menus. Long story short I waited almost an hour to only find out my food was cancelled. Whew chile this place is nice looking buy the customer service is awful and the wait is too much. I cater to the 25 and young crowd. So I still don't have my food nor myoney back yet.everyone walking around eating smoking hookahs and having drinks. My first time my last time I'm done trying to patronizing with my colored people but you just can't. The worse service in my life. I will definitely share with my people About my terrible experience. Manager didn't even offer me a cup of water while I waited....smh

I’m giving 2 stars because of customer service. I called and made reservations for 2. All of which was confirmed via text message. I even confirmed the reservation 30 minutes before. Only to get there and the man sitting at the door laughs and says idk who did that cause we don’t do reservations for 2. I even attempted to show him the messages. He insisted I was wrong and that I couldn’t have made the reservation because they don’t. As a first time customer, who’s been referred to come here via good service I felt this was something that could have been rectified as the establishment had tables for 2 available. Customer Service is the first thing customers encounter with your establishment and if your policy is no reservations for a certain limit of people this should be discussed amongst all employees not just who sits at your door. I didn’t even get a chance to order food due to the horrible customer service we received. Please address exceptional customer service with your doormen or update you entire team to not schedule or confirm reservations for two.

We went to this location today for a girl day out. Red was our waitress. She was pretty good. We did have to keep reminding her about refills or to bring drinks period, and some missing food. I had the chicken and waffles and a side of their smack n cheese. The waffle was a little hard, and the chicken tenders were well-seasoned and tasted really good. The smack n cheese (Mac n cheese) was really good as well. We also had the herb chicken spinach dip. It was ?? a no for me. I was expecting spinach dip (with the normal sour cream, cream cheese, consistency mixture). Instead, it was just cut-up chicken and spinach in queso dip . One of the ladies had the red snapper and rice she stated it was very delicious. Another had the shrimp rasta pasta, and she stated it was very flavourful and delicious. Also, they stated the collard greens are not actual collards but have other things mixed in...the atmosphere was ok music is way too loud for you to have a conversation with your party. Overall, it was nice. I would probably try it again

Ary was so sweet and knowledgeable! I was so impressed i asked many questions. Everything she suggested was a 10/10. I had fried chicken, mac n cheese, greens, and yams!!! The yams and mac n cheese go hard!!! The whole experience was a vibe! I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK! Keith Lee you need to visit ASAP!!!!
