I arrived at 945. I was unable to complete my order online so I finally pulled to the speaker and it was around 8:57-858 I didn't realize they closed at 9:00 until they didn't answer the speaker at all and when I pulled up to the window it took me a minute to get somebody's attention she finally come and said no we're closed and that was it she had no empathy whatsoever for the fact that I've been sitting there trying to figure out the stupid app and she even said people have been having problems with the app so they don't recommend you order on there just order through drive-thru or come into the restaurant I was very upset because they seen me pull in they knew I was sitting out there and then ask her if she had any food left that we can make a meal out of and she said no we've already thrown it all the way and mind you that it was at 9:05 and they closed at 9:00 so I will never return to the Zaxby's again

The portion sizes were so so small. It's like they were running out of food and didn't want to make more so they threw what was left over in our containers. No seasoning on the fries either. Kinda
Dining room needs an update. It smelled like a grease trap so bad and the floor was so slick I could barly walk on it. We love our local Zaxby's but will stick to the drive through for a while.

What has happened to Zaxby’s food! I got the chicken finger plate to go. The chicken fingers were very small and so overcooked they weren’t eatable. Also French fries or cold and hard. Very disappointing!!!!

Food is fine and I don’t care about friendly service but holy cow are they slow before 11am I’ve waited in line for 20min with only a car or two between me and the window, I’m in food service myself and generally empathize w the non management employees so I have a hard time believing this isn’t a management issue, whether they need more openers or more time whatever it is but man this store is slow early in the day

I adore the new chicken sandwich!! It's my absolute favorite!! And I don't usually like chicken sandwiches, I've always ordered the fried house salad but you no longer have thousand island dressing so I'll never eat your salad again (so sad).
