I ordered online, and when I got to the drive thru I was told to hold I was on hold for 30 minutes. and we finally received our food. and the salads tasted disgusting and we found a hairs in our food.

Apparently after waiting 35 mins extra for them to open bc they were late asking for 2 combos is too much food for staff to make so I was told not to make a big order if I had not just waited in the parking lot for you to show up to work I would have been fine with it but don’t get an attitude bc you chose to work in fast food and can’t work in fast food!

1).Zaxby in Trussville is in a hidden location so has little traffic look at landscape in front of the building to main rd. Pull in more traffic.2.).Staffing is low so service is slow3.) New item on menu are great but salad prices are too high.

Food is horrible! Service is awful. I had a garden salad, and it does not have bacon. I ordered it because I'm allergic to pork. So as I'm eating what I think is a pork free salad, I bite into bacon! I don't care if it was by accident or not, I allergic to pork! Needless to say, I'll neber eat Zaxbys

I order my order on the app to pick up thru driver thru after waiting 35+ minutes to get to the speaker the lady tell me I have to pick up inside. My food was very cold and then when I get inside I didn’t get greeted the environment wasn’t great at all. I had to scream to ask if the order that was sitting there was mine.

I didn’t have the opportunity to order anything from the menu due to the unnecessary amount of time spent waiting in line at the drive thru. I am one of the many customers that got out of line to drive else where. Good workers are truly hard to find.

Service was horrible lady was very rude (orange locs in her head) must be a manager she had on a manager shirt rude over intercom when I got to the window she handed me 2 small cups of water I told her I wanted a regular size because I got a salad I would pay for the cup she told me I couldn’t because that’s the only cup she’s allowed to give water in even tho I was paying for the cup and stated she already pushed the button and took my money waited forever for our food then I pull off and it’s fried chicken and not grilled as I ordered go back my daughter that’s the food in and she’s rude to my daughter leave again no forks or napkins finally eat my salad and half of the salad was old with brown spots and eggroll was undercooked and look like it was cooked in old grease it was thrown together way to many tortilla strips on it I will never come back to this location I went to moody location the other day the food was great and fresh and service was pleasant I guarantee this location would fail health inspection

Posting here because there is not an active phone number listed online. I was there last night at 9:40pm. When I got the speaker I was told they were closed for the night. I told them I was sent to pick up an Uber order. She told me to go ahead and pull around. When I got to the window she was laughing and being pretty unprofessional saying “He’s goi g to go drop it now.” I sat there for 15 minutes. Keep in mind I’m working for Uber so an order not fulfilled is an order cancelled under my name when the restaurant is showing it is open to the public. After 15 minutes (9:55) she came back to the window laughing and said “My manager said he isn’t making it. “ I replied with asking why she told me and had me sit there while it was supposed to be being made. She said “My manager said he isn’t making it. I thought he was going to but he’s not.” I told her she knew 15 minutes ago he wasn’t making it because she can see straight through to the kitchen from the drive thru window. She stood there looking dumb af at me like I was crazy. I lost a $30 delivery right before all the restaurants closed and got docked for canceling an order while the restaurant was open. This is not okay. What manager would refuse to make an order during business hours posted?

Absolute worst experience of all experiences I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant. I arrived at the restaurant at 9:20pm and i ordered a grilled Cobb salad and a regular fry. The lady at the window (mikiyah) had a very nasty attitude, which should have been the first red flag. Shortly after pulling off I noticed my fries were cold, the salad was not freshly prepared, and the meat was overcooked. I drove back around and told the lady at the window and she instructed me to pull to a parking spot and they would remake my order. There were already 6 cars pulled to the side waiting. I pulled back in the drive thru at 9:55pm because I still haven’t received my order. The entire staff left the front and magically appeared at 9:59 and began turning the lights off before approaching me. They were basically letting me know we are leaving for the night. I never got my food and I’ve been out here waiting for over 30 minutes. I want my money back. The manager came to the window looking confused, saying she shut down allThe registers for the night and she couldn’t do any refunds. First question, why are you closing your registers early when you haven’t even served a customer that has paid and waited over 30 minutes. There is so much more. I’mstill upset, hungry, and without a refund. I will be sure to NEVER return after I get my refund. 0/10I do not recommend this location. It’s a restaurant full of childish and incompetent young adults who just don’t care.

Just witnessed an employee rolling a marijuana blunt inside of the restaurant which is UNACCEPTABLE. This location needs serious help from giving incorrect orders to the customers to the employees singing songs as they are handing food in the drive thru. The unprofessionalism is crazy.

One of my best Zaxbys experiences, I’m not sure who took my order but he even remembered my name as he wished me a good rest of my day when I was leaving the door. If I’m in Trussville, this is the only Zaxbys I will go to. Awesome people work here, good job
