We LOVE Zoe’s! We try to eat here when we pass through Birmingham, because we all love it! The limeade is the best! The chocolate cake is SO good!! I’m a huge fan of the chicken salad sandwich!! Wish there was one in Fort Payne!

This is the worst service I have gotten in a very long time. The cashier that worked today at the downtown Birmingham, AL location during lunch time was incredibly rude and should not be working with the public-period. I was surprised to see that her manager allowed her to have “drink” bottle caps clasped in her braids while working the front register. So very unprofessional and unfortunately I won’t go back.

Today I waited a while for my mobile order and they forgot to put it up on the counter. After 20 minutes I told them my name and they were super apologetic. While I waited, I observed incredible professionalism and efficiency between the staff. Even though I waited longer than I expected, I could tell this staff works diligently every day at lunch to do their best job. And the manager or whoever was in charge was really sweet!

The kindest and most helpful person who answered the phone yesterday helped me get a payment mistake (MY mistake) straightened out and I was so grateful. It was probably a huge headache for her, but she was so kind and light hearted about it. Thank you!!!My company orders Zoe’s delivered about once a week and it is always prompt, correct, fresh and delicious! Thank you, Zoe’s downtown!
Any where I can order lunch from an app downtown and walk is a pick deserves 5 stars. Never wait in line if you order thru the app but you can still enjoy outdoor seating after grabbing your food. I normally grab a kids meals as a cost effective lunch plus it comes with a drink.

I've been to all Zoes Kitchen locations in the Birmimgham area multiple times and don't remember ever having an issue with anything from them and have always enjoyed their food. It's been maybe 7 years since I used to frequent this location and it has really turned me off. To the point I am compelled to post a rating. Something I almost never do. The cashier was impolite and impatient with taking my order, despite the restaurant not being busy with customers at 1pm on a Wednesday. I ordered the chicken roll ups with cold potato salad as the side, something I've ordered from Zoes many time before. The roll ups tasted bad due to being grilled with an excessive amount of oil that had a bad overpowering taste. I've never noticed any oil being used to grill these in the past. There was hardly any chicken and some gooey cheese in addition to the the usual feta only. Unless it just seemed that way due to the excess oily mess and that the feta had slightly melted. Either way it tasted pretty bad compared to the usual. The potato salad was dry with hardly any taste and one of the potatoes was still whole and half of it was dark gray. Should have been a reject or at least cut that part off. I thought about returning my food but the staff seemed disinterested and not engaged. I'll just move on and not come back to this location.

Stopped on our way to the airport. Service was quick, efficient and very friendly. Food was great too. Saw on Google that it was a good option for vegetarians and vegan. It was!

We had ordered and they took a hour to get our food and then we went up there and they hadn’t made our food and totally forgot about us. The cheese was expired on the chicken quesadilla and the water taste off. This location has really gone down hill. The place wasn’t even busy in this one hour wait
