Gotten too expensive, no longer a good value. Lots of places raising prices as much as they possibly can right now to maximize profit in a time when they think customers will be less sensitive to price increases because they think "everything's expensive right now". Seems like Zoe's is on this train. I remember not that long ago a greek salad with chicken was like 11 something. I ordered the other day and it was almost 15 bucks now. No mas, Zoe's is now a rare splurge for me rather than a staple.

Zoe's has long been a favorite of mine but NOT ANYMORE. After putting in an online order for pick up, I waited for 10 minutes only to find out my order had been given to another customer. I was told I would have to wait 20 minutes while my order was re-made. I asked if it could be delivered to me and I was told NO, we only do that for orders over $100. I was offered no compensation for their mistake and was left waiting 45 minutes total for my food. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Floors unswept and tables weren't clean. Straws were unwrapped and staff informed us that they didn't have any unwrapped straws!! I won't be back.

I go way out of my way (distance) when I get Zoës, so it’s a treat for me. I got my roll ups plus a pint of chicken salad, hummus, order of pita and a chocolate cake. I got home and for dinner was going to have some chicken salad. It was nothing like the Zoës cs I know and love. It was watery Mayo, with shredded chicken. I’m used to it being velvety and delicious. I never take food back, but it is so expensive and I would like to either get my money back or get something else. So disappointed:(

I enjoy the food but this location can be slow. The service is ok. The store is always so focused on to go order that if you dine it you are an afterthought

The employee said she could take $5 off on my order over the phone, but later she said she couldn't because the code was not valid any more. The manager didn't help me get a discount at all either. He refused to do anything for me.

I'm not w big fan of the falafel. Too soggy but other than that great flavors!!!
I came here because last time the food was tasty and the service was great, but this time wasn't the same. They changed my order without asking and when I told them they got my order wrong and that I specifically had asked for something else, she just said they were out. No one bothered to ask if I was okay with the substitution even though I was literally right there.

Last night we ordered and the lentil soup was turned over and half of it was in the particular bag it was delivered in. I called just to let them know what happened. What would normally be a 5 star review has been knocked down to three due to changes in the preparation of some items in the last few months. What has always been my go to order at Zoe's, the chicken roll ups and slaw, has suddenly changed. The roll ups now have almost no chicken in them and are almost flat from lack of filling. They also have been missing the caramelized onions and tomatoes on 3 of the last 4 visits. The slaw also was almost devoid of feta. Giving up on the roll-ups, I ordered the protein power plate, another old favorite, only to find it too was skimpy on the chicken and feta And was missing the onions. My last trip, i went with the kabobs, which were much better.
