By far the worst customer service I've ever had!!! The girl was rude from the jump. They offer a picnic area but the parking lot is so tiny and small there was nowhere to park. We had to sit in the back back parking lot to eat far away from the deck with the tables bc my mom is handicap and has trouble walking. We wanted to sit at the tables but as I said the distance was so far. We each bought a tea and before leaving i asked for a refill and the lady was so rude and hateful about a refill. She said if my handicap mother would've sat on her deck they would've given us a refill but bc she had to sit in her car in the back parking lot & didn't sit at their table they wouldn't give a refill. Unbelievable and disgusting these little girls talk to customers this way and do their customers like this. Seriously horrible people, rude, hateful, evil working there. Hopefully the owners will hire someone with a little compassion for those unfortunate that has a disability. I tried to talk to them but they absolutely refused ? NO we are not going to refill your tea. Hateful people discriminating against handicap people and don't try to say yall were anything but rude and nasty bc yall were!Parking: No handicap parking whatsoever! Very hard to drive thru. No handicap ramps. I wish I could share the FULL video of these awfully rude people making such a fuss about a refill. Pathetic!

Just a drive thru with a little porch added on the front that has two picnic tables. BUT the food is the star. Pulled pork bbq sandwiches to die for! They also have an excellent loaded potato salad. Super fast service. Great value.
We usually really enjoy Dale’s BBQ in Boaz. However last night when I came through to order, the woman at the window was apparently in a bad mood, and was kind of rude to me for some reason as I was ordering. I really don’t get it, if you hate your job so bad then why bother coming in?Beyond that, 2 BBQ potatoes and 1 order of BBQ Nachos costed me 30 something dollars !! So I asked if that came with any sides and was given a mean look and a quick no. Even after so many red flags, I still decided to go through with the order, my wife would’ve been super disappointed if I came home empty handed!Food wasn’t cold and didn’t have any off taste, it just wasn’t that good. My stomach did churn though when my wife pulled a hair from hers!The whole experience last night was downright nasty, unlike anything we have ever experienced from y’all before.This is usually a really cool place with really great food and service. But it definitely wasn’t last night…

Great little joint. Food is wonderful here, unfortunately it varies from day to day for specials and they frequently run out of potatoes...it's that good. It is a drive through only so if wanting a sit down restaurant plan on eating in the car but definitely recommend, you won't be

I'm not ? impressed at all with the food ........... Mikes Back porch BBQ ......... Located in steel on Friday........ It's a food truck ...... Hands down ???? has better BBQ and AMAZING sauce which is rare to find Good food and sauce at the same place......... Just wanted to give y'all a heads-up........... I would go back about to dales about as fast as I would go to a taco bell ...... Not gonna happen............. But the price was fair ........... And the ladies were very charming the outside seats were also cozy .................

One barbecue potatoes is enough for2 meals the baked beans and coleslaw is awsome and I'm not big on baked beans but I definitely ate my share lol
