The slowest service ever! Ordered 20 piece chicken finger dinner in the drive through. Waited over 15 minutes for the order and had to go inside to check on it and it seems it was forgotten about. Huge cluster of inept employees. Will never be back!

Very ridiculous not good service employees on there phone forget to give you’re food you paid for and some people have to go back to work there no reason you should have to wait for 20 minutes on chicken fingers and fries and then have to go in and see the employees not doing there jobs when there was people at the front waiting for refills and to order and the fact you let your employees get away with this is why you are going to lose business

It seems like everytime I go to boaz Jack's the food is cooked badly. Wheather it be fries that have been sitting in warmer to long , then it taste like cardboard.Today 4 chicken sandwiches all of them soggy breading,chicken barley done on the verge of raw.ordered 4 piece chicken fingers got 2.I allways tell myself go to attalla or albertville locations they are so much better,but then I decide to give boaz another chance,but as allways poor food,Iam afraid they lost me as a customer.

Good food poor mask wearing...girl at food packing had mask under her nose till she came to window, I'd prefer she kept it up while packing my food too....tried them again but mistake. My breakfast was a disaster and I kept it flat in car seat beside, truly I wanted those grits with sugar and butter not with gravy and eggs..Should have thrown away as I vomited just 45 min after eating, felt better after food off my stomach, it tasted good except eggs but thought that was the grits......waited awhile this time got a bag full of heavy with my hravy biscuit as it was handed to me with box sideways..Hardee's puts their gravy in a sealed container...im donevtrying with you Jack

Jack's is consistently good! Parking is adequate, interior is welcoming and celebrates the local area. Service is usually adequate. The only improvement I would suggest is what it seems everyone is dealing with nowdays, the prompt cleaning of tables and floors being swept. I don't know if it's the millennial generation that just doesn't want to or the commonly heard, "short staffing", but since covid, where everything had to be "sterilized" or we can't even open, now we've come to expect mediocrity in service and cleanliness!
