This is one of the worst Popeyes that I have ever been too. I love the food, but this place in particular never gets my order right, and they always blame it on Covid and lack of staff, I’m sorry but Covid is over and you have two people working, you should be able to make the order right. Not once have I gone here and gotten everything I ordered right the first time. It’s very frustrating when you pay $15 for a meal just to get someone thing you didn’t want. I won’t be giving this one a chance anymore. I would rather drive to Gadsden and get it there because I know that they will always give me what I ordered.

I have visited the Boaz store many times in hopes of having a peaceful dinner before I head home after work. Sadly, the dining room is always closed, so I've taken my business elsewhere. I can't believe they never open their doors for business. I don't enjoy dining in my car, so the drive thru will never be an option for me. Your loss Popeyes.

Boaz Popeyes is a joke, ordered a classic chicken tender meal, Dr. Pepper no ice, got ice, also got spicy not classic and waited 30 mins for our food, also ordered Marci gra mustard got honey mustard, and this has happened every single time we go there, like why can’t we get what we asked for?

We stopped by the drive through just now, and there was a single employee running the whole show. He was kind and helpful. We thanked him for coming in today, and he thanked us for the same. So thankful he didn't let a stressful situation make him frustrated with customers!

Just did online order. Ordered a kids meal (didn't get drink or toy). Ordered 3 piece DARK CHICKEN ( they put a wing in instead of thigh. Definetly not worth the money!

Got a chicken sandwich that was old and greasy and the mayonnaise was yellow from setting and being hot. The bun was hard as a rock. Worst Popeyes ever.

We had been seeing the commercials for Popeyes and my husband had not been there in many years, so we decided to give it a try. He ordered a 3 piece chicken meal- he received a breast and assuming a leg or chicken tender. The fries were old and cold. And the "jalapeño poppers" were nothing more than plain jalapeños. We asked for honey mustard and received Mardi gras sauce.

They were out of everything!!! ? They didn't have Dr pepper, so I asked for mountain dew & they were out....I asked for a receipt & the printer was down...I was asked to pull up & wait for my food, then they come out after I was sitting there for 10 minutes & told me they were out of spicy chicken...I asked for a refund & they told me to come back they next day for it !!! ??After another 10 minutes I finally got my $ back & left !!!Not to mention it costed $19.64 for only me (a combo) & my 2 year old daughter (a kids meal)

For starters I use the mobile app it comes in handy because after I ordered I live about 15 to 20 minutes from there drove all the way there they say oh it takes 30 minutes before we receive orders from the mobile app and then I proceeded to wait additional hour after getting there for my food not only did I have to wait in the hot sun because the dining room was locked after I finally got my food drove all the way home just to find out they gave me the wrong order I ordered three spicy chicken sandwiches I got chicken classic and the guy wearing the black Popeye shirt I guess he's a manager even ask me two times what I ordered and then before they gave me my order they even proceeded to ask me again but this time it was a girl wearing an orange shirt and she said did you order chicken Classics I said no I ordered three spicy chicken sandwiches and I still got the wrong order if you don't have anything to do and you would like to just waste time and money use the mobile app and go to Popeyes and Boaz

I went to get my family a 19$ chicken meal for all 3 of us to eat it we got enough chicken but can someone please explain how 3 oz of Mac and cheese is suppose to be enough for 3 people and it ended up costing 27 dollars that was charged to my account I don't think I'm eating at this Popeyes anymore
I thought I'd give them another chance. Ordered spicy and got mild. How hard is it? You have a choice of two. Cannot recommend this location.I've been there 4 times. They either shorted me on pieces or the wait was long. 40 minute s one time and 25 today. I don't understand the issue with the Boaz, AL location

Stopped in Boaz for a late meal after watching a basketball game in Albertville. The Manager (Michael) was awesome ??. Our food was fresh and he was courteous also. It was at 9pm I know they were close to closing but we never felt like itPlease let him know how thankful we are for his awesome customer service!

I’m disappointed with my experience here. We stopped to get a quick meal, and ordered chicken tenders. What we got was not tenders, they had bones which we don’t eat. The mashpotatos were subpar at best and have way too much seasoning. The price was ridiculous, $10 for a 3 price tender meal! We likely won’t be visiting again.
