Kind of a family diner vibe when you go in. The friendly staff greets you promptly and you get a handy electronic buzzer to let you know your table is ready. Warm garlic breadsticks are brought by your server. Very generous amount. Quality is very good. Food is very tasty and the staff are friendly.

Had to get a script filled after leaving dr office and the Tre Ragazzi, in Boaz, is literally a football field away. Love the atmosphere, very spacious. I had a calzone and wife had spaghetti and meatballs. Both meals were very good, so much so some accompanied us home. Can't wait to go back and have supper there. If you're having trouble with the word "supper" way up north it's called dinner. Attended a children's beauty pageant in Alexandria earlier today. I shared the meal experience with a lady and she says the location in Glenco (Gadsden) is awesome.

We waited a long time for a table which is to be expected on a Sunday afternoon with 8 people. But it took a long time for us to get our food as well. We came on a Tuesday night with 6 people once and we finally gave up at took a table outside. The food is not good enough to warrant the long wait.

I WENT ON MONDAY 3/1/22 The following day was sick to my STOMACH the table behind us in the restaurant found hair in there food and my friend ordered the same thing and it looked absolutely horrible. I’ve been in the hospital for 2 days because of food poisoning. This is also the gelncoe location! I don’t recommend and will never be back lucky I’m not taking further actions with all this.

Today was my first time visiting the new location in the mall and I will definitely go back! The customer service alone makes you want to go! They were so nice and friendly and the food was great! The new location is so very nice as well!

We went for the first time on 2-4-22 and we won't be going back. The initial table breadsticks were delicious and the Buffalo chicken dip with chips were top notch, but then came the disappointing part. My son ordered the chicken wings from the appetizer menu and was presented with 6 "wings" about the size of your thumb. My wife's chicken parm was cold and the chicken was over cooked and cardboard consistency. I ordered the chicago deep dish style Philly cheesesteak inspired specialty pizza and after a 45 minute wait (which was expected) was presented with what appeared to be a green & grey sloshing liquid surrounded by crust. After slurping down, with the help of my spoon, what would have been 1 piece, I was done. On top of "pizza" being basically soup, it's was incredibly salty and just bad. Amber, our waitress, was great though. She was friendly and never let us run out of beverages. As much as we wanted to like this place, i would recommend Maters or Giovannis instead.

Extremely long wait times for your food and the place was not even half full. We had the lasagna and chicken parm. Food was not fresh and tasted like it was cooked earlier in the day and kept under a heat lamp. The red sauce on the edges of the plate was even starting to crust or dry out from the heat lamp. Chicken parm burned on the bottom and very tough. Very dried out and tasted like a boxed lasagna you would buy from Walmart. I will not be back. I had Maters a couple weeks ago and it was 100% better than this place.

Great food! Best pasta salad ever and the food portions are great especially for the prices!

The food was amazing. The only two problems that we had were the 2 hour wait on our food and when we finally got our food, it was not hot. Luke warm at best.

Service was horrible and we’ve had better from a grocery store freezer case.

Excellent choice for the rehearsal dinner for our son and daughter in love’s wedding. Cindy was great in helping me with our selection and quantities. Food was ready when promised and served hot too.

Food was good, although they were skimpy on my speghetti with the chicken parm. Hate the new location. No atmosphere. And, no alcohol.

Our food is always good, but the service and portion size is not the best. I tried to call in an order for 40 minutest, but could not get through. Obviously, they only have one phone line. I finally drove to the restaurant to order. They took my order and then told me to wait 30 minutes in my car and then pick it up through the drive through. When I got home, the slice of cake I ordered was sooo thin, and it cost $5.95 per slice. My husband couldn’t believe I paid $5.95 for that cake. Next time I will check my order before driving off.
