I say in the drive thru for 10 minutes, then I got home and my order was completely wrong, even short 2 items. I called several times no one answered. Regerts!!!

They are still having issues pulling vehicles with large orders to try to get smaller orders out. Waited around 8 minutes all together while the person ordered paid and received their food. I saw carrier with four drinks, and three bags of food go out before I received just a small frosty. Why couldn't someone just run it to the back window for about 4 minutes and I could have just pulled out of line

Normally I visit this location once a month due to the distance from my house every time I eat here it is always fresh and hot it's never dried out old food are just thorwen together any kind of way no matter what I order staff very polite and nice I need the Crew from East Gadsden and Rainbow City Wendy's to visit this location and take notes on how food should be prepared and how to treat customers because both stores are ridiculous and should be closed admittedly please keep up the good work Boaz location ????????

Fry oil was close to changing time but fries were still eatable. Dining room was mostly clean and bathrooms were being tended to as we were leaving. Overall a great experience.
