Bad, it took three nights in a row to get a milkshake. Another time a I went there they said the ice cream was too cold so I couldn't get a milkshake that time. Furthermore I went and they said the shake machine was already cleaned so no milkshake that night either.

I just wanna take a minute and do this review for Jack’s as I came in through the drive-through at 12 o’clock on Thursday, February 22 I ordered a couple different things and I am very grateful the staff was very polite and got my Order the very first time, and the lady in the drive-through her name was Madison. She was very sweet and very helpful to make my experience overall fantastic

I visit this restaurant regularly and get breakfast and dinner. While the drive-thru is pretty packed early in the morning, the line usually doesn't take more than 15 minutes to get through. I also have no issues usually when ordering food, pretty fast and efficient.6/10 times when you get to the window they'll repeat your order back to you which is great.I've only rated it 4 stars due to the fact that there's been several times I've had food missing. It can get pretty frustrating but luckily I don't live too far. I would just suggest checking the bags before you leave.Other than that it's a decent fast-food restaurant.

Going down and and down and down in quality.This place used to be good. Now you can’t even get fries that are properly cooked.Order their special and it’s barely got the ingredients on the sandwich. Today I ordered 2 double mushroom Swiss and fries. They had no Swiss so I got normal cheese. Get home the fries are not fully cooked. They are limp and soggy. The burgers have next to no mushrooms. It’s a mushroom burger… what did we wait extra time for if you can’t even give us cooked and complete food.The community is starting to turn on you guys. Get it together.This is not the first issue. The quality has had a serious decline over the past 1-2 years. Seems like each time I go I have a new reason to complain. It’s to the point to where I have to be next to starving with nothing in the house to even debate going to this location.Sorry Jacks. I’ve always been a fan of you guys and will continue to patronize other locations. The Brookwood one though is square on the bottom of the list for me!

Poor management. Poor service. This is probably the 6th bad experience in the last few months. I kept giving them chances. We went at 8:30 pm to get an apple pie and sweet tea, neither of which they could provide bc they are "teenagers and have to clean up when they close and they got school tomorrow." An hour and a half before they close and they decided to stop working. They also couldn't give me a receipt bc they were "out of paper" and refused to tell me the name of any of the employees. Great work ethic, ladies. I hope you learn better work habits and relations before entering the real world in a couple years.
