We did an online pickup order so I have no clue how the customer service is, but we paid almost $30 for two sandwiches & half of the stuff we wanted on there & paid extra for, wasn't on there. Very sad

This subway is always out of many ingredients when I stop in to pick up a sandwich on the way home after work. They should be more prepared for the evening rush when being so close to several factories and know they run out constantly. I've made a point to continue past this exit even though it is on the way home to go to a different Subway when the craving for a sandwich hits.

Honestly the workers need to go home with the amount of effort they put into not wanting to work. The fact they make the sandwiches right in front of you and still choose to do the bare minimum is ridiculous. Where are the managers? Don’t waste your time coming here.

Not very well staffed, only ever 2 workers at a time. They seem to be a bit overwhelmed and undertrained. I always order ahead online on the app to avoid prolonged contact with the employees.They will forget to include cookies or chips when you order online. And you must remind them when they hand you your sandwich.I love subway, this location is decent aswell. But like i said, the employees seem to be jaded, overworked, and honestly tired of the job.

They will not give u napkins or a fork, unless you order a salad lol . If the owner is that cheap with a plastic fork. I wonder what do they do with everything else.Do they wash dishes with only water, do they buy expired meat and vegetables to save a penny?If they save on little stuff , then never eat there.

Pricey like all Subways. Mostly nice people working. The need a no cell phone policy while ordering. Biggest issue here is that they are ALWAYS out of something. Need management to train to order properly

I went by to grab a quick sandwich tonight, July 9th, at 8:00pm. It appeared they had two 4 year olds working. They cursed, dropped food on the floor, closed the ovens with their feet and just sat on the floor. I’m not sure who manages this store but these employees are killing your business, I will never return and I live locally.
