Orderd garlic wings,crazy sticks and pizza but theu had no pizza ready so had to wait 10 min for them to have one ready and when I finally have my food and get home with my order the garlic wings have no sauce on them they are just cooked wings hopefully they'll get it right next time

Everyone in there was rude! I waited at the Counter for 8 minutes while they were all in the back talking about Their life and their friend. When I got home with my food, my breadsticks were overcooked and hard as a rock, my pizza was greasy and it looked like / tasted like it was sitting out all day. I will never go back.

I arrived at the window of the drive thru where I was met by a worker whose mouth was so full of food that I could barely understand what she was saying. She then tells me that my order is not ready and that I needed to pull forward. I pull forward and sat for almost 30 minutes. I then get out of my car and go inside to ask about my order. She says “what order” and then goes to get my order that they were suppose to bring to me over 20 minutes out if the warmer. This is horrible and absolutely unacceptable service.
Pizza was perfect but the 18 min. Wait was not granted there were 20 other people there, maybe time to build another location off the exit

The past four times I have been to the Little Caesars in Calera on Highway 31 there has been no pizza ready for the wait time of at least 30 minutes. Tonight I went by at 9:15 at night with them closing at 10 o’clock and was told there was no pizza ready it would be 30 minute wait so you’re telling me that they were going to make pizzas ready hot and ready to pick up with 15 minutes left to be open? Someone needs to tell them that hot and ready means they need to be hot and ready!

The pizza is good when its fresh, have gotten pizza that's been sitting for awhile before and had to call them about it, and they remade my entire order. I feel like they need to work on their timing, everytime I go I wait at least 10 minutes.

Worst Little Caesars ever. Terrible service. They like to lock the door and force people to use the drive thru regardless of the fact that you are in a commercial vehicle that won't fit. Asked for a cheese pizza and he said he didn't have any ready so he was going to give me pepperoni instead. I told him I wanted a cheese pizza like I had already said. I don't like pepperoni. He said ok. When I got home it was pepperoni. I should have looked before I left but you really don't expect people to do that after you make something so clear. This place is terrible.
