My tea tasted like it was made in a coffee pot and not washed. Awful!! Waited at window for 7 min to get hot sandwich but fries were cold. Service has never been this bad.

I decided to give wendys another go since my last visit bc our last visit was really bad but this time was worse. The store was dirty, the staff acted like they didn't want you there, and it looked like they weren't even open when we walked in but cookie platter was empty and dirty ,the lemonade machine had brown floating in it and the restaurant was ice cold with no heat on at 41 degrees. We will not be returning to this wendys

Quality of the food has gone downhill since 2020. Our orders are rarely correct. The chili doesn't taste good anymore. No bacon on the baconater fries. Burgers are cold, bread is stale.

This morning I went through the drive-thru at Wendy's and while I was parked at the menu I heard some really odd behavior coming out of the speaker I guess the lady thought the mic was off.... Very unprofessional and to make matters worse when I got home I threw up the food made me sick. Management please look into this Wendy's because the lady there has a disgusting mouth and I think does something to people's food I mean she did look dirty.

We went through the drive thru this evening, and it was such a great experience.The young lady at the speaker was very nice. She did not rush me through my order. After a couple minute wait at the window, we received our food. Everything was made correctly, and was so fresh. 10/10.

I used to love going to Wendy’s. I would go there all the time after or before work, but within the last few months, the whole business has plummeted. They don’t get my order right anymore. I tried to make an online order to pickup in store, but came to find out they didn’t even make my food. Absolutely disappointed and mad. DO NOT FUEL THIS BUSINESS!

Very quick service as usual. The only problem I had was that the sweet tea tasted like it wasn't sweet at all. Other than that I was well pleased.
Waited 5 minutes to order at drive thru.There was a car at the window waiting. I was behind it. I waited for 15 minutes then called and ask if I could come inside and get my order. I was told they were about to hand out order to the car at the window. I waited 5 more minutes. Several cars behind me had left. The same car was still at the window waiting. I backed up to the first window and called and ask if they would bring my burger to that window. I was told they were getting food ready and would have it out soon. I had already been there 25 minutes ordering and waiting on a single with cheese. I left and went to McDonalds . Got my order there in less than 5 minutes.

No one was there when we went to the drive thru. We ordered a chicken wrapped and was asked to park while it was made. The manager, who took our order, came to say they were out of chicken. We settled for a burger with everything on it and fries. When we checked our order the burgers had onions, ketchup, mustard and cheese. The buns were crumbly and appeared to be old. The fries had an old oil taste. We went back and the manager apologized and said the cook was new and the bread was fresh. We just got our money back and left. She offered to make more food but 20 mins trying to get fast food was enough for me. We gave her the food and told her she could just throw it away.
