Service was friendly, and the food prep was fast. I enjoyed a pork plate with barbecue beans and cole slaw. It was all delicious, and with cooler temperatures, we enjoyed the deck out back! I'll be back for more great food!!

Like another customer said, the ribs tasted like they were boiled, the Mac and cheese tasted like they were out of a box. This may be a restaurant but I don't think it's a bbq joint.

We stopped for gas and could smell the BBQ and it smelled good! So we went looking and found Bones BBQ just down the street. You order at the counter and pay when you order. Typical cafeteria style BBQ place. French fries were cold and soggy, ribs were tough and hard to get meat off the bones. The tater tots were hot though! When we placed our order she hands us two cups but did not bother telling us where the drink counter was.

New to the Clanton area(don’t know any good food places besides fast food) and wanted BBQ for the 4th…glad I made that call. I got ribs and chicken(just wanted the basics). Everything was ???…I seen a few customers get the BBQ sandwich(can’t wait to try that)…???…will definitely be going back…

A Very! Homey Smell of BBQ when you walk in. Nice! Environment. Down Home Decorations...The Food is Absolutely, Amazing!???? The Food, Price and Friendly People working there makes it so worth going back again & again. I bought A half Hickory, Chicken then went back and bought 3more right after cause it taste so Tender & MmMmmMm GOOD!!!! and let me tell ya, the Chicken tasted so good, was very! Tender pulled Chicken on the softest, big Hamburger Buns, the BBQ Sauce is just so very! tasty ? matching the Hickory taste of the Smoked, Tender Chicken. If You like ?Smoked Shredded Chicken Seriously go down to the Bone Backyard BBQ.. You will Not be disappointed. Best Sweet tea too. I give them 5 Stars ?????

The last several times I've eaten here it hasn't been good. Pulled BBQ tasted as if it was cooked earlier in the week and just heated in the microwave. Cole slaw the last 2 times has been uneatable, sour and spoiled. I have eaten some good stuff in the past but lately it has been bad.
Chicken and potato salad were excellent. Food was hot and fresh. Note the BBQ sauce tasted ketchup based with no tang, but the chicken was so tender it didn’t need any sauce.

Called order in, was advised to give 20 minutes. Got home it all tasted as if it was cooked yesterday. Very cold and old grease. I have eaten here before so very disappointed
