I got a Big Jack combo meal, and it was really good. I didn't realize until I got it that mine had 3 beef patties on it, which is a lot for a $5-6 burger (in comparison to the McDonald's Quarter Pounder). The fries were alright, but that's probably because I'm not a big fan of crinkle-cut fries. Overall, this is a very good fart food place.
Came through the DRIVE THRU and she was very rude on the speaker. Ordered the #1 with out onions and of course it had onions on it.. if you are going to be RUDE at least get the order right!!I gave 3 stars because they did cook it fresh and the food was good..

Need large signs for times of breakfast or lunch. Employees are overwhelmed trying to do both. Alot of aggravated customers not knowing what's what. Training starts at the top. Watched shift manager drag around with lousy appearance n attitude. Customers waiting gave up n left.
