Honestly the worst KFC establishment. We decided to give them another try this evening. Was told a 9 minute wait on original chicken ended up waiting 32. It’s ridiculous. Don’t lie and just be honest. Take your business elsewhere.

The lady at the register was polite, however she was wearing a thick face mask that I couldn't understand her. Later another Lady gave me the wrong order and I realized it until I got home five miles away. Sorry but they have to work harder to improve service.

Waiting over 20 minutes at KFC was a downer. Service was okay, but quick bites shouldn't mean a long wait. They could use some speed in getting orders out the door.

This is one of the best KFC’s I have been to, my husband and I were looking for a quick meal on our way back to Florida and the food was fresh, the staff was friendly and the facilities were clean! THANK YOU FOR SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

Chicken was ok, ask for butter and honey , waited out front when food was given she said butter and honey is in the bag. You guessed it got home!!!! No honey or butter. I called them just to let them know.

Terrible. No other cars there, no other people inside. Ordered 12 chicken tenders and 3 sides. Nothing huge at all. I was told to pull up to the door. Fine they play the “let’s pretend our drive thru is fast game” whatever. Six other cars pull up behind us and all six were told to pull off to the side. But I’m sure their drive thru time looks great right? Lol, four different people came out with orders and went to each and every car just wandering the parking lot asking who had what order. I was the first car there and guess who the last car was to get their food? Yep, 20 minutes later. Didn’t even have my sauces right but I really didn’t care at that point. The folks were at least nice but zero organization. If this is going to be common number the spaces, write a car description on a receipt, do something cause this was a joke.
