Was a little skeptical based on the mixed reviews, but had a great experience. Old restaurant, but clean. Salsa and chips were great and the margaritas were pretty good too. The food wasn’t spectacular, but I wouldn’t expect that from a little place like this. Service was very good! Will definitely go back!
Found a ripe avocado for $ 2.00. Not many left and they are going up in price everywhere else. Very well stocked with white queso and tortillas, Hispanic brand name bottles drinks, candy, dessertrs, etc from Mexico.

I siting my brother and he took us all to one of his favorite restaurants. I wasn’t expecting much since I live in New Mexico. I ordered the Chile Relleno meal and was so surprised and how delicious the meal was one of my brothers ordered the Huevo con Chorizo and he said it was the best he had ever had. I highly recommend this place if you are in Clanton, AL.
