You can smell good food before you walk in and the food they bring out does not disappoint! Lighting is really good, they've got multiple screens up for sports, place is very clean, and the staff is genuinely friendly! It's not loud so you can have a conversation. I got the neighborhood cheeseburger, and I asked them to cut it in half for me. They did, and oh my goodness it was so delicious! The price is very affordable for what you get, and the fries were hot and delicious! I will be coming back! Great for family, plenty of room for groups and really just a fantastic place!

My favorite meal has to be their fried chicken sandwich. Always consistent, always delicious every time I go. The service is also quite good and their tables are typically very clean. The staff and owner are all very friendly, even willing to change the sports channels during their busiest nights ! 7/10 Will be back !

The service really struggled, we had to ask for drinks a few times, when was the food was coming out, etc. Very slow service. I see they have a lot of awards on the wall which is one of the reasons we picked this place however we were extremely disappointed with the food as a whole. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't great, just overall very bland and lackluster

? Excellent dining experience every single time. We live minutes from the NG, so we’ve eaten here at least once a week over several years. There are plenty of options from the menu. My favorites in order are: the steaks, the chiton chicken plate with steamed broccoli, and garlic parmesan wings. Best steaks in Central Alabama, and it’s not even close. My medium steak order has never been over or under cooked. They are so good! The vegetables they serve are top quality and fresh. I really like the seasoning with the steamed broccoli. The wings are the best around too. The wait staff is friendly and they get you in and out quickly. I can’t ever recall having a bad experience here, which says a lot for eating here as often as we do. They generously honor our veterans with a discount. ?? We are blessed to have such a fine establishment in our community.

Some amazing food. Goofy fries are amazing. The grilled pork chop is out of this world. Haven't ever had a pork chop remind me of steak. This one did highly recommend. Definitely now one of my favorite restaurants for sure.

Great food right in the heart of Clanton. I tried their Alabama fried rice with Cole slaw, and I woke up the next day thinking about it. Been eating this a few times a week since I came in for work. Had their fish fry on Friday and it was excellent. The fish was breaded to perfection.

The pork chops are wonderful, Parmesan chicken, grilled half potato, the sweet tater soufflé is bomb, oh and the fried green maters and fried mushrooms! Last but not least you can’t forget the Monster brownie desert! So much more to list that is good!!
They have now reopened on Mondays. We had lunch. They have lunch specials or you can choose from the menu. All the food was hot and seasoned just right. Waitress was attentive and came by a few times to ask if needed anything and kept our glasses full.

The food took forever to arrive, the restaurant smells dirty but maybe that's just the food, and the waitress was terrible.The food was something I wouldn't give my dog. Burgers were burnt, waitress didn't ask what temp we wanted them at, and you had to pay extra to remove an item from the burger. The chicken Alfredo came with a piece of chicken that was dry, overcooked, and had to be sawed in half. The pasta were literally just noodles on the side. Just noodles. I don't think there was any sause on them. The steamed broccoli was more like an unseasoned soup, zero seasoning, served in a bowl full of juice, and frankly disgusting. The red beans and rice had what looked like Asian fried rice with eggs, mixed with beans that tasted like sugar had been added for some reason, and some sausage. The sausage was the only redeeming quality. Overall, we waited 45 mins for food that I wouldn't give to a dog, over paid, had terrible service, and waited 30 mins for the check. This place has a wall of awards from a local news paper that clearly displays a lack of options on Clanton or a friend works for the news paper. Save yourself the wait and go anywhere else. McDonald's has better service and the food is somehow better.
