“Went with some friends. My food was well, but two out of the four had cold plates. The waitress was quick to pick up on the disappointment of my friends, and brought new plates. Unfortunately, the tater tots were horrible both times (overcooked and drenched in oil)“
“Went to this Zaxby's on 3-15 around 4:30 pm, I went inside and had wonderful front counter service, had wings and things (hot and fantastic), I accidentally ordered 3 drinks and the manager (Kaylee I think) got a refund and walked it out to me! She's awesome ? 6/5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“You can smell good food before you walk in and the food they bring out does not disappoint! Lighting is really good, they've got multiple screens up for sports, place is very clean, and the staff is genuinely friendly! It's not loud so you can have a conversation. I got the neighborhood cheeseburger, and I asked them to cut it in half for me. They did, and oh my goodness it was so delicious! The price is very affordable for what you get, and the fries were hot and delicious! I will be coming back! Great for family, plenty of room for groups and really just a fantastic place!“
