Came through at lunch time today and the food was fine, I just made sure to cancel my baked potato after seeing this. However what on earth is the purpose of keeping this window open? So many flies, mosquitoes and mosquito hawks flew in just as I was sitting here. No one is even taking money at this window yet it just sits wide open. I’m not from this town and just passing through but I wish I had checked their reviews before stopping here. ? Never again.

We went at a busy time but was treated really well. We were in and out and the food was fresh and hot. Service was awesome even though they were very busy they still treated us with respect and a smile.

We stopped to eat dinner around 6. They told us the lobby was closed when it clearly wasn’t.
Best service in a while at this location but I don't think the inside was open so had to sit in drive thru for a long time. The food came out decent as well and nothing was missing which was usually the case in the past. They also had everything I ordered which is not usually the case in the past.

If you want what they advertise then please go elsewhere. After this happened again, after 2 prior occasions, it is most definitely something that they do ALL the time. I ordered a Baconator, which is supposed to have 6 pieces of bacon (as advertised) yet apparently the Clanton, AL location cannot count as there have been only 2 pieces of bacon and of course we were charged for the full price of the Baconator. Someone needs to pay attention to what is taking place in the kitchen and to what they are serving or shut the doors. At this point it wouldn't be a great loss to the city of Clanton because at least everywhere else you go, your order is handled with a little more care. RIDICULOUS.
