Grilled cheese wasn’t cooked. They didn’t give me the second patty I ordered. Machine was out of Coke, even though I paid for it. Server ignored me for first 5 minutes I was there. There appeared to be a meth addict there.First time at whataburger, can’t say I’m impressed.That being said, the burger was pretty good.

With little to no customers and 5 employees in the back, it took us over 20 minutes to get our food. Two people who came in after us got their food before us. They said this because of the onion rings, so don’t get them if you are in a hurry. The employees walk around in a half daze. Customer service is not their strong suit.

We were passing through Clanton and stopped in for the first time to Clanton Whataburger. We were greeted with the friendliest service I've ever experienced. Our kids were given little eggs with a toy and free meal (for Easter) and the staff was genuinely happy and nice to us. Everything was so good I took the time to write a review! 5 stars

I use to love this place. But now the milkshake machine is always down. And the day it wasn't the milkshake was too soupy. ? I'm not sure if they got new management, but they could use some help in getting things back to the service they were known for, Which was excellent.
