I order tongue torch tenders and make it home to the saddest little squirt of sauce. Zero spice or flavor whatsoever. Chicken was very dark indicating dirty oil. One manager was screaming at one kid out of uniform that apparently didn't want to be there. The host is usually friendly, but not tonight. Won't be eating at this location again any time soon.

I'm a current employee of this Zaxby's, great place to work, great food if cooked right. I've been here about a month and everything is going good besides the management. We have 4 managers, Nicole, Trinity, T , & Blake which is the person I'm referring to. I was sent home today for enlightening my manager on duty about a current employee which name is Chris. I've been having problems with this young man every since I've started, Tonight was very disappointing the way management was ran. I wasn't considered, I was asked what was wrong with me when I became quite because I was being told to be quiet no one else. The whole store was having a conversation and I stood up and said a leader should lead by example and you shouldn't talk about people behind there backs not go with the mess. That's when I started getting ignored after almost being cut, burned, food thrown at me getting my feet swept and all I asked the manager on duty did he just see what happened. He didn't reply after several incidents. I would like to advise the owner he doesn't care about anything going on in the store he's leaving in a few weeks and I feel like he's trying to bring me down. After asking why am I being sent home, I wasn't given an answer. I asked are you sending the other guy home he responded then who am I going to have in the kitchen. I then said well your sending me home. He laughed and walked back in the store.

Wish I could give this place no Stars. Been living in clanton for 2 years and have ate here 4 times and every time was awful. Food is over cooked and taste like with cooked in old Grease. Staff is rude and acts like they have no Brain cells. I advice anyone who is stopping off this exit to avoid this Zaxby's. Food will make you sick or the staff will. This place need all new management and staff and ones that actually work and provide for the paying customers

Store was extremely dirty - 5:00pm and no one in the store, so no excuse for the condition of the store. Trash all over the floor and tables. ALL tables were dirty. Women’s bathroom smelled horrible - NO toilet paper, NO paper towels, NO soap.Food was sub-par at best. Sad bc Zaxby’s has a much better reputation at other locations.We will not return to this location.
This place has gone down so bad there was a time that you could go here and get good hot food but not no more, the food is cold and not fresh even during the pandemic the food was good but none of the people who worked there aren't there no more it needs new management. Zaxbys you can do better this place is just nasty.

I’ve been going to this zaxbys since I was 12 years old… I’m 24 now and the service has really gone down in the past few months. They can’t even properly make a grilled chicken sandwich with added cheese & bacon without messing it up. I’ve been here multiple times and ordered the same thing and I get the same results. I worked in fast food as a teenager and can tell this is just what happens when the employees don’t care.
