It was our first visit to Cottondale Nutrition and we were very excited to try it as it is close to our home. My girlfriend got a Rainbow Candy tea which she liked and I got an Irish Creme Shake which was excellent! Staff was very nice but neither the young man or young woman were wearing a mask at all (afternoon of 3/24/2021). This was extra surprising considering there is a sign on the door asking customers to wear a mask for the safety of their guests and staff. Just unacceptable and turned what would have been a 5 star review into a 2. Not sure I want to go back anytime soon.

I tried them finally after my sister raved about them. I was not disappointed in any way. Not something you can afford everyday but not bad for a pick-me-up when you need it.
