Ordered the 10 piece meal and didn't get the side of slaw and got about half the normal amount of everything else. Not the first time this has happened. Another time got some fish with raw batter on one side. Have to go back out and find more food now after wasting money here. Won't be back to Captain D's Cullman.Update (next day): The area manager contacted me after I contacted the company and offered to replace my meal. I appreciate Captain D's making this right. I'll redeem the offer in Huntsville since I won't go back to the Cullman location.

Stopped in tonight. Grill was down. There were no condiments at the stand. No silverware, no ice. Dt Dr Pepper was syrup. There wasnt any sweet tea. Most of the tables were dirty. Mac n Cheese was old and crusty. Just nasty all around. And I passed up the Shrimp Bucket for this.

The fish was not cooked The corn is colored almost brownish black tastes like they put a pound of sugar in it. They put macaroni cheese on the plate that took the macaroni and cheese off the plate and put coleslaw over the macaroni and cheese. Will not answer the phone so I can explain to them that the fish is not cooked whatsoever it's supposed to be grilled not raw

after ordering my food it took me roughly 5 minutes to get to the window. After I got to the window the lady took my money, gave me my Pepsi and told me to pull to the yellow pole. I set there for nearly 10 minutes before I finally got out and went inside to get my food. I was told they gave my food to someone else but I had my food in hand within 2 minutes of walking inside. I will never go back.
