The pizza is usually good, but waiting over an hour for a pizza is ridiculous. I ordered well before lunch rush and didn't receive it until well after lunch period, costing me my lunch break and more money than the food is worth.

Had 2 pick at least 1 star 2 post this..This place gets 0 stars.. Cullman location at 413 3rd st sw.. we sat in line 4 over 30 mins 4 our order.. they let someone cut in line in front of us.. they gave them their order and didn't make them go around 2 wait in line like the rest of us had 2 wait. They violated our 1st amendment rights.. took the pos managers pic 2 post on fb.. they didn't want 2 give us our order after paying 4 it.. eventually got the money bk..wasn't gonna leave wo it bc the manager took our money and canceled our order..u don't treat customers like that..BTW it was a long line 2 begin with..that's y we waited over 30 mins.. we will not b bk 2 this location..calling headquarters 4 a major complaint. This review is biased and personal, I'm venting, so skip, if you don't want to hear it.Dominos has been my go to pizza joint for years. That changed tonight, when they refused my order, simply for expressing my shock at the ridiculous price(I wasn't nice) they were expecting me to pay, when I knew full well I could get it for half that price online.Order it online, don't bother phoning it in. Not only with these guys try to steal from you, but, you'll find out pretty quick just how rude these people are, it's nothing new, customer service has been on the decline for years.The way they canceled my order, it felt like they were being lazy using my attitude towards their pricing, as an excuse to justify it. Evidently cursing is bad in any shape or form, it gives them the only excuse they need to not work.Although, I can't promise that I'll never be back. Their pizzas are pretty darn good WHEN, made the right way, Emphasis on when, they are consistently inconsistent, which at times brings out the beast in me. It'll take time for me to get over this. They've temporary lost a customer.

Called for delivery. I drive a truck and was parked at Walmart .9 miles away.Apparently delivering to a trucker in a giant wide open well illuminated area is against Domino's policy. The Domino's person on the phone did not offer any alternative except to go pick it up. Access to do that was not possible.That nasty person hung up on me.It's pretty sad and lame.

Store is sort of outdated at this point parking lot is small and not very customer friendly. Store is also understaffed.. no fault of the workers there they do the best they can. Have been coming here for years and will continue to come here.Parking: Very small easily congested
I ordered a pizza, but I said that I wanted it FRESH fresh. So when the dominos delivery guy showed up, he actually brought everything to make a pizza from scratch & convinced me to let him use my oven in my kitchen. Super cool guy & we played Halo 2 together while the dough sat out. He crashed at my place until the next morning, when the dough was ready and risen like Jesus on that 3rd day. Then we enjoyed the best pizza ever. God bless.

I have been a loyal consumer of this Domino's since it's inception back in the 1980's. But Matthew and Dillon ensured that I will no longer order a pizza from this franchise again. Please explain to Jason. He is the best delivery driver. we'll miss him immensely. but we found a pizza delivery that DOES take a cash payment and most importantly, without all the petty remarks.in response to your response - no I will not be reaching out again.i already did yesterday and I was met with unreasonable opposition.
