My uncle comes here every weekend for breakfast biscuits... Aways the exact same ones.. Sausage egg and cheese, bacon egg and cheese, and a steak biscuit. Every time we get our biscuits I complain about how thin the amount of egg is.. if it were up to me I would never come back.. but my uncle loves the breakfast biscuits and is very forgiving.. this morning when he went not only was the egg thin AGAIN. This time they also forgot my steak biscuit.. and I didn't realize till we were home. It's only three items... How hard is it to ensure only three items get in a bag?? So irritating. Good job Hardee's people.

Ordered their new philly cheese burger and it wasn't completely cooked. The bottom portion of the strip steak was still cold and hard. I ended up having to spit it out and throw it away. As well it wasnt busy and the order took awhile to receive so somehow they screwed it up. Either way I dont recommend this location as they dont properly cook their food.

We stopped in this Hardee’s during our drive back to Kentucky from Florida. Staff was super nice, polite, and helpful!! Quiet little spot off the interstate! Highly recommend!!

Manager Charlene was horrible. Very rude and bad work ethics very mouthy and not professional what so ever. Everytime this lady is working she is in a bad mood and tries to start an argument over

One of my favorite places to stop and eat. The staff is absolutely amazing and have the best personalities. The store is very clean and the atmosphere is where I’d love to be. ❤️ the little heart shaped biscuits are my favorite!!!! Try the pork chop and gravy biscuit!Kid-friendliness: The people are very sociable and very kind. They deserve all the credit!

Went there this morning for breakfast and this little short guy was so rude to me and my family he yelled at my daughter while she was trying to order. I asked to speak to the mananger and he said he was in charge. After we finally got finished placing order and got our food our biscuits were throwed together and was cold not to mention we didnt even get all our food. We will never stop at this location again.

OMG this Hardee's is usually a great place to eat. But last Friday in Good Hope Branch it Was JUST AWFUL Food was WRONG, Didn't give money off for the Coupons we had. Girl at the window did give My friend her Change back the total was $20.73 she gave her $21.00 and the Girl said she was Not due any change.All the Food was wrong we had nothing we ordered at all. There was 4-5 others that were bringing back their items as well. The Manager made US feel IT was US that was Wrong Not his Employees. We were not Offered nothing for the Inconvenience. I'm Sorry but we want be back to this HARDEE'S.
Love eating here. Brandi is the greatest and always has a smile. She goes above and beyond for her customers. I really think she needs a raise.

Never had rlly a bad experience besides the wait until today. Went to get breakfast, got my wife a large Dr Pepper. They snickered when she came back in asking why it was diet.. said they switched the lines over and somehow got the diet mixed in with regular. Thought it was funny & said they couldn’t do anything about it. Will not be back.

Only 2 employees in the whole place this evening, but they were cheerful, kind, and helpful. The food was good. A good place to go.
Breakfast is good, if you can ever get waited on. Was in line 40 minutes the other day. We finally stopped going to this location. People must not show up for work, because we have been told numerous times that they only have two people working.
