If the fries are hot awesome if not very off putting. Burgers were sloppy, not something you would want to pay that much for to look like a mess.

The person that came to the window a young man, was the friendliest I think I've ever seen out of drive-thru window.

Place is dirty from the bathrooms to the lobby nothing is clean. When I arrived there were no cars in the parking lot and 3 questionable looking employees came out to smoke. Won't be eating here again.
Had a 100% better experience than I did at the beginning of November. New management is going in right direction.

Order an order on doordash and two items left off I paid for. I called this location and explained and said they were out of one item and been out awhile. I asked if I could get a refund. And they told me I could come back and just get my hash brown. I said that totally defeats why I paid to use doordash and paid the delivery fee. I ask to speak to a manger because I called 3 times before someone picked up who was then extremely rude. I run a big corporation business that I’m the manger at so I get customers service. And she rudely says I am. Hardee’s do yourself a favor and evaluate your employees in management. They should be resolving issues they caused and not be rude.
