Very rude manager named Kerri I had food for over 5 minutes and when I asked "excuse me I'm missing the drink" was told very rudely that I have to wait my turn they had other orders in front of me... How can they have other orders in front of me if the order was already cleared off the screen and other people are getting their orders? Very rude lady period

Called bc a hamburger was left out of the bag! Husband was not happy.
Still all about the service being subpar. I just can't understand the continuing problems with staff. Why do some establishments get it so right and they just continue to rotate in and out staff that never quite seem to be properly trained or in the right positions? Not trying to be harsh ,love Jacks but this store really has been underperforming for some time now.

Absolutely disgusting from the minute you approach outside the door.The entire approach and entrance need to be power washed, the floors are dirty as well as everything else inside.Just disgustingly filthy.DON’T THEY GET HEALTH DEPARTMENT INSPECTIONS?We won’t be back…..And would advise you to go somewhere else.

A big man with red hair helped me alot with ordering to stick to my diet. He seems to know his stuff very well. He deserves a raise.Dietary restrictions: I'm on a diet and he helped me find good food that worked with my restrictions.

Got my address wrong, no cheese, food was very cold, sloppy, no sauce or silverware, hot coffee instead of iced, and the food was horrible. I do not recommend breakfast there. Also, do not order if you live in apartments, they will drop it off at the wrong door. I had to walk across my complex just to get my food from the wrong apartment. Though very good hasbrowns.
