For years I have thought Jack's was the leader with their wonderful biscuits, but today I had the most horrible biscuit I've ever eaten.If they were made in house a new buscuit maker needs to be found. They tasted and looked like the frozen biscuits from your grocery store.I'm sorry Jack's you lost a loyal customer.
Fantastic place to grab breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The staff is so friendly and the food is fresh and hot. The service is fast, and the biscuits made by Charles are perfect and buttery.

If you don’t have all day to get your food then don’t go here. Approximately 25 minutes to get chicken fingers and fries.Then they forgot the shake. I waited another 10 minutes for that. The ice cream was freeze burnt and it was disgusting.Good thing these folks don’t work on an emergency basis. Cause we all would be deceased.

This is the worst Jack's I have ever eaten at for starters the food is usually cold or some side items are missing altogether. During my last visit I ordered take chicken dinner with sides and my side orders were put in a brown sack with no lids on them! The employees here are young teenagers and they mock customers in the drive-thru making fun at their accents this is very unprofessional and I wont be returning.
