Our first time eating there. We got #55 Big Kahuna Chicken Cheese Steak and #56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak. They were awesome.Great people behind the counter. (2 guys and a lady). We ate there on 1/19/2024 around 5:30 pm.

Terrible restaurant. Ice machine is still broken apparently from the review I see five months ago. Bathrooms were disgusting, and considering we got there about 15 minutes after open I’d say it’s safe to assume they’re always filthy. Workers were obviously put out by the fact we showed up and they had to make food. We love Jersey Mike’s near home and anywhere we’ve been, just hit this one on the way back from Florida.

Best Philly in Cullman!! I can't believe that I'm saying a sandwich chain has the best anything. This location has got it going on!

The Cullman, Al location on Cherokee Ave is a train wreck!!!! The three guys that were working there were rude and you could tell they only cared about getting a paycheck. The location was dirty, the A/C was turned down so it was hot inside. I asked if the A/C was broke and the employee was rude and said, "No, I'm just not turning it down." No Ice at the location either! I asked about Ice and the employee, again being rude said, "No, and they won't fix it either." We got our food to go and when I got home, out order was conpletely wrong. I've been to other locations that were clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was amazing. This location is by far the absolute toilet of Jersey Mike's locations!
Always enjoy Jersey Mike's. Haven't ever had a bad experience at one. The place was clean, the service was friendly and quick to get our sandwichs.

We stood in line for 40 min watching online orders being made. Either increase your staff or eliminate an entry point

The employees were super nice. However, the sandwiches weren't what we expected. We loved the soft bread and fresh meat but they didn't measure up to some in the area.
