Our first time to a McAlister's Deli. I had a combo of salad and Cuban sandwich and my husband had the full Cuban. His sandwich didn't look much bigger than mine. There didn't seem to be a lot of meat and the bun was a bit soggy. My salad was very large and I enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly.

Good food and the workers are always awesome. I highly recommend getting the Pecan Berry Salad and the Jalapeño Crunch sandwich. The sweet tea is good as well.

I haven’t ate at McAlister’s since I left working there. I can say it was just as tasty as before. I was very satisfied with my food. Whoever made my “Reuben” deserves a pat on the back. This place deserves more than a 3.3 rating for the hard work the managers have put into the establishment. Thanks guys!?

Ordered to-go, got home 30+ min away to realize there was no chicken on either of the salads we ordered and the grilled chicken sandwich was made with chicken salad. Refused to refund. Instructed us to drive the hour round trip for "vouchers" then commit another round trip tomorrow for a manager to issue refund.

Yes I order food from the app. I drove 30 mins to get the food. When I got home found that some of mine order was missing. I called and the manager was rude, and unprofessional. Not mention the manager hung upthe phone call.I’ll never eat at McAllister again!

This is the most incompetent restaurant I’ve ever been to. It’s completely ridiculous to spend 60 dollars on dinner and not receive but 1 item you ordered . I would recommend anywhere but here unless you are looking to get screwed over
