The place looks disgusting. Desperately in need of a makeover... And it smells bad. Really bad. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and no one cared when I mentioned it .. The guy at the counter was new and had no idea what he was doing.. which would have been fine if the manager was actually attentive. I am poor so I asked for two McChicken's and he rings me up for two McCrispy's and when I am shocked by the 12 dollar price and ask him why it's so high I have to again explain I just want McChicken... not McCrispy. He has to get a manager to take the sandwiches off and then proceeds to tell me he didn't know they had McChicken... Really?? New or not... It's been at McDonald's forever and you are like 30... ?? The short little manager there has a terrible attitude and is rude and uncaring. The pregnant lady over the short manager is just as rude... I waited almost 20 minutes for my food and it's because BOTH managers were arguing with a customer. I guess here customers aren't always right. I don't recommend going to this McDonald's.. it's one of the top three worst.

Our order was wrong and when we received the correct order after it had been given to someone else, it was not hot and the quality was poor.We should have learned our lesson the previous visit when we couldn't get the drinks we ordered and paid for because the machine was being cleaned.

Went and got food last night for my husband and father in law around 8:16pm. They had the same meal. Around 10 both of them were sick throwing up, fever, cold chills. Took them to the hospital and they have food poisoning. I called and ask to speak with management and I was explaining to her everything and she stopped me dead into my sentence and said “what do you expect me to do about it” like I wasn’t asking for anything or any food. Just letting her know so maybe she can check dates and etc on food. Very disappointed in how she talked to me . Not very professional at all.

Literally just waited in drive-thru for 30min, monents prior to writing this...to wait for lamp-warmed, not fresh food?? No thanks!! Drove across the street to BK. And were followed by two other vehicles who got out of line. This place has gone so far downhill since that new manager came in last year. Pretty sad! They should close this place down in exchange for a fast food restaurant!!

My hubby & I enjoyed the Big Breakfast with Pancakes. Everything was cooked properly and was good. We ate here after Voting at the Courthouse on Tuesday, March 5th, 2024.Sorry no pics.

Today, I visited the establishment and usually, I prefer using the kiosk to place my order, avoiding any inconvenience for the staff. However, this time, my ticket didn't print, so I approached the front counter where I witnessed a concerning interaction. A younger employee, possibly in need of guidance, asked a woman named Paula if she should assist me, but Paula completely ignored her. After waiting for about five minutes, Paula finally acknowledged me, but without any greeting. I informed her of the issue with the kiosk and provided my order number. When I handed her a $100 bill for payment, she took it without a word and disappeared, leaving me unsure of what was happening. After a 15-minute wait, she returned with my change, abruptly handing it over without informing me of the total or acknowledging my presence. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also uncomfortable for me and other customers witnessing it. It's disheartening to hear that Paula, who I later learned is the general manager, has a reputation for rudeness and creating a toxic work environment. Her attitude towards customers and employees alike is unacceptable, as evidenced by her dismissive demeanor and lack of basic courtesy. Actions like slamming meals onto the counter and cutting off customers mid-sentence demonstrate a complete disregard for professionalism and customer service. It's concerning that someone with such poor interpersonal skills is still employed here, as her behavior is driving both customers and employees away.
